Went in and I usually order online, they were super busy. I was able to order my usual 6.99 deal medium pizzas and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. The guy at the counter was new but was helped fast and he was fast as well. All around a good experience, they had inside sitting and a place where someone could sit and wait, it is a small area so where u sit and eat it is like a one sided tall table type of sitting looking out the window. There is also a black board where people can draw. I always order from there and have had very little issues. I do recommend this place
I can't say perfect because one time we got a bit of a wonky pizza here, but every other experience here has been great. Every person and machine have their off days, right? So, five stars from me, it is. Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Pizza is good, too.
Ordered online for delivery. It took a few hours and few phone calls before we got our pizza… We should’ve ordered for pick up instead of delivery but lesson learned. At least the lady on the phone was very nice
Not only were they running 20-30 minutes behind the lady at the front counter gave nothing but rude comments and looks. Sorry I didn’t want to wait when I was told it would be ready by a certain time I’m usually understanding if it’s 5-15 minutes and I think that nice but when I get there and they tell me it’s not going to be ready for 20-30 with attitude. That’s not customer service.
Ordered online, app said delivered. Not delivered. Called to ask for $back, Customer service was rude but said they'd make another and sent it. 18 min later after they said they'd send a new one and it's still not here. Why do I keep ordering from here. Edit on arrival, will update with time from call to arrival and accuracy of order Edit: 25 min after call, no food yet Edit2: 30 min no food Edit3: 45 min food arrives! Yay! Driver seemed new, I am not angry anymore. Y'all good luck learning new jobs in a stressful environment! Plz be safe, ok bye
That's not cheese folks! We arrived at home and bit into our pizza only to spit out out as it clearly was not fully cooked. I took the cheese, pepperoni and sauce off and I pulled the piece in half and the dough stretched out and became stringy indicating our order had not been thoroughly baked. Since when has Domino's turned into take and bake? To top it off, the app gives you an option to alert the store you've arrived so you don't have to wait. Yet I am in the store with no one in site, calling "Hello?" a few times with zero response. Finally I see someones head pop up on the other side of the oven and I was able to ask for my order. Attention to detail failure on so many levels.
I ordered medium delux for lunch. Fresh toppings, crispy crust with right amount of seasoning, especially cheese was very fresh and baked right. I feel lucky to have perfect pizza today. Service was friendly and helpful. Good pizza place is closer than I think. I should take the photo ...but we finished all so quickly :
Placed an order for contactless delivery to have it arrive over an hour later, without the tracker being updated, and the pizza placed outside of the area that I specified, making it not visible from inside the home. By the time I saw it, the pizza was barely warm… the tracker wasn’t updated as delivered until 15 mins after that. On top of that, the pizza box was smash in on itself. Just the icing on the cake, delivery insurance errors when I try to place a claim on it and the store phone answers as being closed despite the posted hours being open until midnight. Not sure what has happened to the staff at Lake Stevens Fast Food restaurants lately, but it is worth traveling to Everett or Marysville to avoid these half baked, minimum effort employees.
I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were wrong! I didn't enjoy picking things off 2 pizzas while my grandkid cried!
My pizza was 30 minutes later than what they said. It was cold as well as my wings. I ordered 10 wings, only got eight you mean to tell me not one person there can count to ten very disappointed. I live less than ten minutes from the store. After all that I gave the driver a very good TIP curse you holiday spirit.
