After reading other reviews I realize I’m not alone in my experience. This store should really invest in folks who don’t seem so irritated by doing their job. The last two times I have gone in, I have left shaking my head by the way the staff has treated myself and others. This evening I came in asking for a turkey and provolone, same thing I always get. When I was asked if I would like bacon, I asked to confirm it was in fact turkey and provolone. The young lady looked up and said, “no, you asked for a #8”. I told I asked for a turkey and provolone to which she argued I asked for a #8. After a few times of going back and forth I finally said I didn’t even know what a #8 is. She pointed to the Club. I explained I don’t eat pork, so I wouldn’t order that. She was obviously irritated and began picking off the ham from the sandwich. When I noticed she wasn’t starting fresh I repeated multiple times that I can’t eat pork, it makes me sick and she continued taking it off the other meat and cheese and slicing more turkey, putting it back on the sandwich. I finally said “I won’t eat that”. She looked up at me asking “so I need to give you new bread, Turkey and cheese?” I tried to respond, “yes, pork makes me ill”, to which she interrupted saying, “I don’t need you to explain yourself.” Well, she could have fooled me because I didn’t know how else to say it to her. From there, I asked the gentlemen who also worked there for her name. At first it appeared he wasn’t going to tell me but on the third ask he whispered her name to me. The entire experience was unacceptable and I have sent an email to corporate already. For $47 two sandwiches one regular sandwich, one giant, two bags of chips, 2 brownies and one drink you would expect much better service than that.. Dietary restrictions: Your staff should learn more about cross-contamination
Staff are very friendly, food is delicious! The buffalo chicken cheese melt is fantastic and they have Stubborn Soda at the fountain.Food: 5/5
Cleanliness. I get feeling like you need to wear a mask but touching your mask non-stop with your gloved hands, touching unsanitary items and so on requires you change gloves to maintain sanitary conditions. I stood in line watching repeated mask adjustment with gloved hands and waited for those gloves to get swapped. Instead I watched all the food get touched with them. I had to walk out. I just can't. I love the chain but there is some training and follow-through missing here.
Went for my friends birthday and he loved it! He has never been and it was a good time: I got the number 7 Mikes way and it was lit!Food: 5/5
During Covid, their online ordering process and food was 5 stars. Last 3 times ordered, 15 min late on the online order at least. The older gentleman employee who cooks the hot subs is great, cashier indifferent. I'll leave at 3 stars and won't be spending my time trying again.
I went in at noon when they were VERY busy.amd the service was great, so was my sandwich!
Good sub shop. Good people. For some reason I thought the giant would be somehow not giant and it turns out, the giant size is giant. Vegetarian options: Meat free options. Parking: Plenty of easy parking.
Love this place. I'm from NJ and can't get a decent cheese steak anymore Jersey Mike's delivers what I need. I never went to one when I lived in NJ since every corner pizza place has great cheese steaks. The place is clean and modern if you never had a peanut butter tasty cake from Philadelphia you should buy one. The staff is nice and on point with your order. My slice of home in Snohomish love this place this is the location I regular.
Pretty okay. Should be more of a soup shop with how much sauce they put. Got a 44 and Jesus it was all gross and wet. So much sauce it was a mess.
My sandwich came soggy. The music in the store was not family friendly. Staff was great
