Went tonight to grab some burritos for the kiddo and myself. First bite of the steak burrito and got a strong sour bite. Cut it into half trying to figure out what was causing the sour taste but couldn’t figure it out. Ended up tossing all three burritos. Disappointed.
LEARN TO COOK RICE! Ive ordered from here several times, and lately the last 3 times the rice is HARD, CRUNCHY, UNDERCOOKED. Everything else tastes good, the pulled pork is good and the beans are good, i just dont see how rice is harder to cook than pork lol. Tell the cooks to TASTE the rice to make sure its edible, i couldn't finish my burrito
Waited for over 30 minutes from the time my mobile order was placed until the time I got my food. I was waiting inside for a while before I was acknowledged by anyone. I understand being swamped, but the reason I ordered mobile was to get in and out faster than those who order at the counter. My food did hit the spot though, thus the 2 stars. Would return, but absolutely won’t use mobile ordering again.
I've ate at this Qdoba for a while and since the pandemic it has taken a nosedive. Tonight I was served fajita veggies that tasted putrid in a way that only happens when a grill is filthy. A mix of burnt material, chemicals, and smoke that's left me with a sore throat and hopefully nothing worse beyond that. Qdoba is one of my favorite franchise foods, but I'll take my business to the Woodinville location from now on. I've never had issues there. Edit: We tried to call for a refund, since we live a city away. The guy who answered refused and said he would remake it if we brought it back in. We said that wasn't acceptable, so we drove all the way back and demanded a refund. Rather than honor that, two different employees argued with us repeatedly to try and remake food or give us coupons. The younger employee tried to talk down to me again and again until he at least admitted the fajita veggies were all burnt. In the middle of this, I looked down and noticed all the trash laying on the floor behind the register. I told them the state of the store was disgusting, I didn't trust the safety of their food, that my throat was burning and literally had to threaten the call the health department before the guy in charge finally relented and refunded us part of our meal. This kind of treatment is absolutely unreal.
The QDOBA in Lake Stevens put real meat in with my impossible meat impossible meat on left, real meat on right. Now I have three burrito bowls we can’t eat and three vegetarians have eaten meat. Qdoba I need a refund. This is unacceptable.
Went to get some dinner, the restaurant was empty except for one customer waiting at a table. 4 employees were working but my wife and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, not even given a "hello, we'll be right with you" 2 employees were making online orders while a third was cleaning the ingredient stations while food was being prepared on them, that is a total health concern as dirty cross contaminated food waste could be mixed with ready to eat food that is being prepared. After it was clear we were being ignored and were not asked to order we left and had dinner someplace else. I won't be back, I can forgive employees not focusing on walk in customers, but I can't forgive poor food handling, that's how you get people sick.
$13 burrito was like half the size they normally give you. Steak was like chewing on leather. They forgot to put cheese on my kids nachos. Restaurants don’t care about quality when it comes to delivery service food.
I love qdoba. I’ve always chosen qdoba over chipotle. I got my usual a bowl along with my boyfriend and we both got food poisoning that night. Qdoba was the only meal we had during the day and at night we couldn’t eat dinner because we were both so nauseous. I’ve been wanting qdoba but I’m scared to go back and have the same experience. The staff that day was very messy with the food, and our food was cold surprisingly. Sad it’s the only qdoba in the area. Good thing they are building a chipotle.
Evan’s team was incredible! Specifically, Bailey and Autumn, both of these ladies went above and beyond to ensure my grieving family just lost a loved one was well taken care of. And they were! I can’t recommend this Qdoba enough!!Delivery: Yes
My delivery order is always incorrect. I started ordering extra pico because they barely give me any.... Since I started ordering an extra side of pico they have decided to completely stop putting pico in my burrito bowl all together make it make sense. I do not like beans in my burrito bowl so when there is no pico or beans and barely any rice my bowl is practically empty. This last time I’ve ordered no beans they filled my burrito with black beans and I mean a LOT of beans to the point I couldn’t even eat it. I’m almost ready to just give up because this location will mess up your order every time. It’s sad because the food is actually good when it’s correct.
