I tried their vegan pan pizza today and it was great. The staff was very friendly and the place is next to the train station. However, the seats/tables were not cleaned well.
I visited this outlet on 7th of April and had the most horrible experience ever. Rude servers and a wrong order were just the tip of the iceberg. The fries were so salty it felt as though the potatoes were a mere garnish. Pizza was below average with horrid preparation. After a long wait my order was cancelled without it being delivered to me, on complaining that I never received it the servers rudely prepared it and shoved it towards me. Not to mention, the extremely poor hygiene at the outlet. There were no gloves in site. My garlic bread was picked up by bare hands and literally thrown into the oven and pulled out just as ruthlessly. If I could give a negative number of stars I would. 0/5. Would never recommend. Save yourself some trouble and eat stale bread instead.
The service was awful. The toilet was not clean and there was no tissue. Quality and quantity of food was much less than the normal “Pizza Hut” in other countries.Recommended dishesBeef BBQ Pizza
Never order any pizza other than the most common pizzas -> salami, ham or margherita. My spicy chicken turned out to be a little more spicy margherita with a few jalapeños and 3 miniature pieces of chicken almost zero. Do not repeat my mistake
0 out of 10. 55minutes for a pizza. Hoding 1+1 wednesday deal at wednesday. She said, you need to tell you wanna deal before ordering. Shame on you #pizzahut
Slow food pizza place. On a multiple occasions people who ordered after me received their pizza faster. This what happens when you employe teenagers for low pay
Definitely not a fast good, was there before a movie and almost missed it. Pizza took almost half an hour to prepare, the stuff didn’t seem to bother or hurry up with lots of people waiting for their orders. Do not go there for a quick meal
Takes ages to prepare your food.. also they’re making their own rules about lunch menus.. totall trash with scammy manager this pizza hut! PS. I hope I get some automatic answer like every review here - it just proving that they don’t care about their customers..
Perfect experience, service was good, pizza was delicious, but i got one question. Why was the guy behind the cashier crying?
