"This is Jackson Michigan's late night place for hot subs and pizza. Our bread is made from scratch. Our sauce is our own recipe.We won't share their names but managers of other "big name" pizza chains order their pizza from us for their late night snack. So yeah, we've got our fans.We like our product. That's why we've made it for over 30 years. The sides may change but the pizzas and subs have not.Nope, we don't like to spread disease. We wear masks. There are at most 5 of us running the store. If one of us gets sick it is not so fun for the rest of us. Please respect our contact free delivery. Food was really good. Went here for the first time ever yesterday. The pizza is amazing and deff lives up to its reputation. Mozzarella sticks were good but I like the cheese to pull apart so I probably won't order those again but overall I will go back! They're open late which is great. This is the second time ordering here. I love the stuffed cheese bread . Cannot wait to pop the box breathe in the aroma of this Phillie Chresesreak pizza, and snag a slice up and eat it! Did I mention I'm just about to do this at 1:30 am???? Yep, they stay open late ; Not sure why there are banana peppers on my pizza : otherwise 5 stars

We are new to the area and the best part about Pizza HotLine is it’s open past 8pm!! We’ve enjoyed it everytime we’ve gotten it and our go to is the Medium Double deal Cheese and Deluxe. We just had our first delivery and it was earlier than expected which was awesome and it was hot and fresh.
I ordered the Philly steak pizza and traditional bread sticks. They were both delicious. I should have looked at the toppings for the pizza because they put banana peppers on their version of the Philly, which I don't like. The service was great and employees were kind.
2 stars even before my order has arrived I placed an order at 5:52pm, it is now 7:10pm and I have yet to receive my order which was supposed to take only an hr after I ordered and the system told me it was an hr wait for delivery. I called to make sure my order wasn't screwed up or lost or the driver wasn't lost or hurt and the person on the other end proceeded to give excuses of it was ordered at 5:53pm so it hasn't been an hour and they only have 2 drivers, she had the worst personality to talk to about this im pretty chill but this is unprofessional as can be, and by the end of this review it's now 7:15pm and still no driver IM COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE. That's more than an hour.
My pizza was cold by the time it was delivered and the the breadsticks were gross thought I'd treat my friends but we should of ate somewhere else
The WORST pizza we have ever had our pizza had no onions our wings were bone in supposed to be boneless , I called and the ‘manager’ was SO unprofessional I’d never recommend them to anyone
The absolute best place to go when you're just in the mood for a good old fashioned pizza! Nothing too fancy, there's not even a place to eat at the establishment, and I think that's a good thing! These fine folks care more about the pizza than anything, and trust me when I say that THEY DELIVER! This is my favorite pizza place in Jackson when you just want to pick up a pizza and take it home! Barbecue chicken pizza is TOP NOTCH but for me it's just the simplicity and taste of their cheese and pepperoni pizza that wins me over time and time again! If I want to dress up and have an amazing night out to dinner and get a fantastic tasting pizza while out for the night, sure, Klavons or Slice of Spice are the tickets. But when I want to just have a good old fashioned pizza night at my house, there is none better than Pizza Hotline! They're open super late, and their breadsticks are my daughter's second place in the entire city behind only The Chase! Love this place! Plus they had bright walls LONG BEFORE Bright Walls! Kudos to this fine establishment!
Not sure what the hype is about. I ordered from here because of the good reviews-don't be fooled like I was. There were plenty of toppings on my pizza, but the crust was way too crispy, sauce was non existent, topping were dry. High quantity does not equal quality. When I walked in, the two guys working stared at me for a few minutes- as if I was bothering them- before finally giving me my pizza. The ranch I asked for along with the pizza was gross too. Definitely not worth the price I paid. This joint survives, I imagine, because it's the only place in Jackson that is open so late, but if you're looking for pizza at a normal time, there are plenty of places who are much better: Klavons, Hometown, Mancinos, even Jets. Go elsewhere.
