Worst pizza experience so far in Jackson. Ordered 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. They forgot the 3 cheese bread and made two of the same exact pizzas when I paid for extra toppings on one of them. The pizza also didn’t taste fresh. They didn’t answer the phone and I spend 20 minutes on hold. 0/10 recommend this. *edit* My brother called and they answered when we called from different number. They sent the cheese bread and the correct pizza to us.
Poor excuse for customer service. I've been a good customer. I've always tipped well and been polite. Tonight I ordered 2 steak, cheese and mushroom calzones for pick up. I received mushroom and cheese. No steak on either sub. I called when it was discovered after I drove all the way back to Leoni township. I got hung up on 3 times. When I attempted to call back, they never answered the phone. I was not rude whatsoever. I was attempting to allow them to right their wrong. Apparently, I was mistaken that they appreciated hard earned money being spent at their business. I guess I was wrong. Such a shame because I'm going to miss their calzones while I spend my money elsewhere. P.S. this isn't the first time this location has been a disappointment. I just never attempted to bring it to someone's attention. Spend your money somewhere else is my recommendation to any current future customers.
I called for a delivery and I was told they couldn't deliver because they only deliver five miles away so I googled my address to there address I'm 5.1 miles away they just didn't want to do it. The night before today I had ordered online and called and canceled it within five minutes because we had a emergency and had to leave our house. I feel like that's why they did this. I'll never spend my money at hungry howies ever again.
On 3 separate occasions my family and I ordered subs, 1 ham and cheese with lettuce and tomato, and 3 chicken bacon ranch, the first two times I asked for lettuce and tomato, and they did not add it, this time, they forgot the ranch on the other 3 subs. The owner really needs to hire some less incompetent employees that actually pay attention to what they're doing and care about pleasing the customers
I ordered inside and waited. I watched the young man make my order with NO gloves on. He only went over to wash his hands after he realized the expression on my face. He came over from answering the phone, then went to the back, then came and immediately started making my order. This is the most disgusting thing to me. I’m guessing he is not ServSafe certified. Only imagine what they do when no one is in the store ordering.
My favorite pizza in the whole world is "The Works" pizza without mushrooms! If you like supreme Pizza and keep wanting more, this is the pizza joint you need to try, it is perfecto- A1 has finally arrived. Parking: Around 7 spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Love them. I ordered and they delivered with in 15min on with my subs. They said it will be there in about 45 minutes. I was happy to see them. So much better than Domino's. Same kind of Sub see the difference.
The pizza wasn't the best the breadsticks did not taste good the chicken caesar salad that I got with the food did not did not give me any salad dressing for it
First photo is a very undercooked pizza. I called and they replaced my order and delivered it within an hour. The second is the delicuous replacement. I appreciate the service and will be ordering again.
The worst pizza I've had in a long time, ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza. It was lacking in taste and toppings. My family loves pizza and they could only choke down a few bites. Will not be ordering from Hungry Howie's again
