Do not believe any thing this business posts on when they are open. I looked up those hours on google they were open till 10. I drove to the other side of town to get food. It was 9:20 when I arrived. The door said they were open till 11 and the open sign was on. There was 4-5 employees inside. All the doors were locked and they were “closed”. We have been in this pandemic for 2.5 years. It’s not that hard to update your google hours, put a sign on the door or turn the dang open sign off.
They do not what they say they have on their menu. I wanted to order impossible meat but there menu still shows that they still have it, and yet when I go to order it I met with the response of "oh I'm sorry we don't carry that anymore." You would at least think to put it blacked out or something.Food: 1/5
Showed up to get food. Naturally very busy which was no issue. Finally get to the front of the line to discover that many items were out of order. Apparently during the time I was in line waiting they ran out of some things and posted a sign on the door without making any mention to those who were standing in line... This is the 3rd time in a row I have had a very poor experience at this location.
So this is the 2nd time i have been here. The 1st time i wrote a one-star review because the place didn't have any of the major ingredients to make my bowl. I.e. rice or beans , They sent me free entre' coupons to make up for their bad service. I went in to redeem the coupons and finally try their food. The food was great, but omg, the people that work their are awful ! They made me feel like I was trying to scam them with the free entre coupons. She says, " I don't know who the person that signed these cards. I've been here for a while and never heard of him A. Martinez was the persons name. Anyway, whoever owns this place needs to clean house. Im a local business owner, and I'd be mortified if I knew my employees were treating customers like this.
We order weekly and today our Oder was not completely right, half our order was wrong. Instead of arguing with me over the phone you should fix the issue over a missing item and other issues. Not great customer service. We will not be going back anytime soon, we have other places to eat in town. Very disappointed with whom I spoke too on the phone. Even if we walk over to order Or place an online order our experience should always be the same. Now I'm writing a bad review and we don't like doing that.
Just got food here and was charged incorrectly because the little girl working the section with the lettuce and salsas told the cashier I ordered double chicken double shrimp when I did not. She just thought the worker before her put too much on my bowl. Paid $18 for a bowl which is insane. Line to the door so I didn't want to hold it up and cause a scene.
Although I don't go there often, I can safely say I really like the food because it's fresh.Food: 5/5
They did not listen giving me things I didn't order. They were aggressive with customer including children while arguing with each other. They put so much meat in my food you taste anything else and that meat was mostly fat. I doubt I will be eating here again thank you for your time.
Amazing food !!! Love how fresh and the variety of options to chose from !!! Best customer service in a long time , love the atmosphere walking in from the employees to the smells of the food takes the cake !!! 10 out of 10 !!!!
Perfect fit for an empty stomach; there are large portions of hot food! I ordered a chicken bowl with tortilla on the side. It included rice, beans, corn, pico de gallo, salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, and extra cilantro. Clean dining room and kitchen area.
