Buffalo Wild Wings

Good place to sit and meet for business and have a drink and meal. Great service last night 8/11. Server was awesome and food came fast and was ahhhmazinngg!

The restraunt was in disarray. Food was just ok not very warm. Our waitress did her best. There was a wait but no one cleaning tables to move everything along. Wheelchair accessibility: My husband uses a cane but never asked if we wanted a table or booth. We got a booth but very hard for him to get in an out of.

BOGO tuesday = all your wings are tiny besides 1-2. I called and asked if this was normal or if anyone else has said anything about this. The guy told me there's nothing he can do about the size of them. I just wouldn't come here or get stuff to go.

Long wait for food. The chicken wings had really bad freezer burn. I could see it visibly even after being fried and tossed in spice. Tried a bite and it was undercooked and tasted of freezer. If you're going to put wings in your name you should at least be able to get that right. Our potato wedges were decent but had a couple that tasted strongly of fish. The celery had dried, brown edges like they'd been chopped several days before and left in the fridge. The least you could do is chop off the dried ends before you serve them. Our waitress was nice but the food was bad. Overall, a total waste of money. The only thing that didn't suck were the drinks.

I only gave it a two because the waitress was so polite and so caring, but the food was horrible my daughter mozzarella sticks was white and uncooked. My fried pickles was clumped together in undercooked. The burger had a glob of mustard on it just sloppy the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didn’t want to complain so I just pay for it took it home and just never will return maybe one day.

Everything but the fries were cooked poorly. Loved the fries though. Came back a year later and just had wings. They were delicious and larger than usual!

We went to this Jackson MI location with extended family. There was 14 of us, but the restaurant was definitely below half of their capacity so you would expect we would get half way decent service. We arrived and we're seated at 5:40PM. The waitress took our drink orders at almost 6:00. Took a little bit to get our drinks but not horribly bad. The problem is she didn't come back to take or food orders until at least 6:45. When our food arrived it was going on an hour and a half since we arrived. I ordered a cheeseburger with a side of fries. Some ordered wings, and others ordered a burger and 1 person ordered potato slices or whatever they call them. The potato slices were warm temperature warm when they were served. Everything else was cold. Everything.. Most of our group was so hungry they started eating it that way anyways. I and someone else complained about the food all being cold, so the waitress disappeared into the kitchen and about five minutes later she was back with 4 or 5 orders of warm fries and left them on the table for everyone to eat from. One person in our group complained to the manager about the cold food. He kinda seemed like his attitude was to just get us out of there as soon as possible. Myself and a few others weren't even able to eat the cold food so I took it home where I could reheat it and eat it some other time. I know, I know. Please leave a note on some page bla bla bla. Whatever. I really hope this place goes under soon so others don't have to experience anything like we did.

We came here for dinner and ended up waiting in line just to reserve a table then waited as the host at the front would check people in and clean tables. I personally feel bad for the host in the front because he was doing his job plus others. After the host cleaned the table it wasn’t long for our waitress to take our order. I was honestly thinking about asking if they needed help cleaning tables so people could sit down because there was a line out the door. You can clearly see that the place is understaffed. I don’t blame the host in the in the front or the other staff. I blame management for not setting up the staff and the restaurant up for success.

This was my 3rd time to this location. Service at the bar was very good. Food was just as expected, which is a good thing in my mind as a frequent BWW goer. I play the Trivia, so it would have been nice to have a TV with it on.Recommended dishesBoneless Wings

I went to see the Super Bowl, from the beginning of the game, around 9 o'clock after some beers they didn't want to sell me alcohol. I was with my friends and we did not do anything wrong so that our consumption was restricted, they simply stopped selling it. It is not a comfortable place to watch a game and share with your friends. They really made us feel very bad, and it is something in my personal opinion that I would not recommend to anyone. If you want to avoid being marginalized, don't go to that place.
