Our avowed aim is to take Indian cuisine to the masses. We believe Indian cuisine can change the health profile of US. We learnt from Temptations' trials and tribulations and we want to focus on our agenda. When we say Indian food may change the health profile or be the key to fight ‘obesity’ in the US, we are not talking about any magic pills or miracle in our food. It is just about eating habits and the composition of our food combined with the benefits from the spices.
Indian food has followings characteristics:
1.less red meat and dairy products consumption, No beef and pork in Indian cuisine due to religious beliefs, Goat meat is our specialty, the healthiest meat even better than Chicken, and people here are not aware of goat meat, please see below:

2.‘Curry’ based food, Curry is gravy made with some base like tomato, onion etc with spices, hence less meat and more intake of whole grain and vegetables, our spices have beneficial effects, 5000 years of history to back-up our claim and so many research going here in the US Universities
3.Lentils a staple food in Indian cuisine, the lentils among 5 healthiest foods of all category. India is the second largest producer of lentils (25% of total world production, consumed domestically). Incidentally Canada is the largest producer as well as the largest exporter of lentils.
4.Healthy substitute for soda and alcohol, our drinks (mango lassi, thandai, cumin drink etc) are healthy and have beneficial spices
All these 4 things give us advantage over other Asian or Mediterranean cuisine.
