Quiet, Super friendly, helpful neighbors, most all homes are well very well maintained , however some get to do whatever they please, but the neighborhood is a joy to live in because of the lovely people!

All that Hunter pines stated is full truth. It is run like a dictator ship and a misuse of power.

This is the littlest amount of power I've seen go to someone's head. The community manager likes to abuse power he doesn't even have. Making assumptions about what his authority is. Which is next to none!

The owners of this property do not care about the people that live here all they care about is getting there money.They have no respect for anyone but themselves

Purchased mobile home in June 2019. Have done some renovations. Park manager has been good to work with on any issues. Neighbors are great. Park is quiet. Located on the outskirts of Niagara Falls. Hiking trails close by.

Don't live here unless you want your freedoms stripped and unfair bias to reign supreme, its run more like a dictatorship and if you're not in the good Grace's of the manager then you don't get the same rule breaking benefits that those who are, do. There are plenty of better parks that are run in a more friendly and fair way.

My father and I have a house there and the nabour's we have are quite litterley trying to kill my father and I moved out to hopfully calm the situashion down..however my father is not safe in his own home nore any of his property aswell and i'd strongley recomeding oening a firearm living there I wish this was a joke and it is not!!!.

It is ok as a mobile home park

We have nabours that cause provlems for me and my very ill father and the constant sabotage of our car and house for the last 4 year's now it has gotten so bad we had to install security cameras and i have evidence of this and the scrap meatle palice not even a foot from our house running a lawn mover busniss disturbing my verry ill father and now is to the point of killing him god forbids that happens i will make shure your company is sewed at any cost! I have a on going police invesagashion so who i know to be responceable will pay dearly and our super right infront of our house sides with them all over a 20.000$ morgage...so what is it werth 20g or a potenchal lawsuit amounting to ten times that if not more..thanks to my nabours my father wants to kill himself due to the constant harassment from our nabours were fixing and selling before this kills my father!!. Im sick of this fix it or i will so help me god!
