Tasty and reliable spot for Vietnamese. Pho is always good and portions are large. The grilled pork in the vermicelli was a little too charred the last time I was here but everything else was solid - shrimp and crab noodles, curry shrimp, bun bo hue. $0.50 extra for takeout and they may charge extra for sharing as well so just be sure to order enough dishes for your group. They're definitely nicer to their regulars.
I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and I’ll probably continue coming here until one of us goes! For what it is, it’s great. Big bowls of pho and nice rice platters. All delicious. They used to put a bit more effort in both, specifically the platters used to have more vegetables besides a bit of shredded lettuce and carrots. But I suppose it’s all in an effort to save money. Speaking of which they recently raised their prices evidenced by the tapped over prices :P I’m a bit sad about it but it is what it is! I hope this 5 star review might help bring more customers and they can return their prices back to the good ol’ days.
Great Vietnamese pho restaurant for a cold night's craving. This restaurant has been around for many years and has never failed me. Their food quality and standards have always been the same. Same few server and owners too. I've had their take out during covid and it is a bit disappointing but pho I believe should be eaten fresh, hot and dine in. So now that the city is open again, definitely back for more hearty warm soup noodle. The hot sauce on the tables did seem like it got downgraded though I must say. I think it's a sriracha replica and not the actual brand. It's not as fragrant or spicy.
I rarely comment but the experience I had here are awful! This is the portion of *Large* and look they even have a small size pho. I have no idea how small size gonna be, but the large size can’t even feed one person. The side veggie and limes look stale. Take-away order will charge you extra $0.5-0.75 depends on what you order. The food in the photo cost me $15. If you want some yellow lime and having more food later, go ahead!
Been coming here for many years on and off. They’ve always been consistent and I was worried if the business could continue after the pandemic hit. Their fried spring rolls hands down one of my favourites! Glad to be back!
First time coming here. It's not too far from my place so i decied to give this a try. First good sign - Actual Vietnamese on the menu Second good sign - the place is half full at 2:30pm when I come in. Third good sign - Hearing owner speaks Vietnamese, Chinese and English. Food is pretty good. Nice portion and flavorful. Will come back to try other things on the menu
If you want real sate pho using the Vietnamese red chilli paste, look no further. I’ve never been disappointed with a meal here and the food comes out incredibly fast. Their sate pho is so flavourful and perfectly spicy. When the pandemic first started, we were getting takeout almost every week and the quality was exactly the same.
Looking for a quick tasty and hardy meal? This is the place you want to come to, one of my favourite places to get pho they’re always so quick with bringing out the food and the portion sizes are great.
Quick service restaurant with decent Vietnamese food. Credit cash not accept, only cash or debit. It seems the size has decreased over the years and prices have increased due to inflation and COVID.
One of my favorite Pho spots in the city, a great local spot with quick service and friendly staff and filling dishes!
