We had a great experience shopping at PetSmart getting fish for my daughter. They were helpful and knowledgeable and it was a great experience overall I highly recommend going if you're looking for a pet. They also have an adoption center for cats.... And lots of birds.

Busy store! Friendly and helpful staff! Very reasonably priced for what I was purchasing. My cat Rip loved his goldfish very much!! Thank you Petsmart.

Pretty descent pet store, pretty much everything is a lower price then other pet stores in town. I would recommend this place for pet food and cat litters. As far as cat towers I would look somewhere else as they don’t have a great selection but the staff are super friendly and helpful. Store is also fairly clean. Will be back.

Always love when I can bring my dog wirh me to the store he sure loves all the attention he receives from the friendly staff at My PetSmart.

It’s not a bad pet smart but if you have anything more than a dog,cat,fish,bird I would recommend going somewhere else. Reptile stuff is a little expensive but they have the most selection on decor, also the crickets are expensive, I normally go to the reptile shop and I can get 150-200 crickets for half the price for the same amount here. I do like their fish selection though.

took our 2 little dogs one is a new one going there and they want his vaccine report and wouldn't due him saying his are expired when they aren't. ok no big deal my other little guy they did such a sloppy job. missed so much hair said he was hard to handle. they had him don't in under a hour. have to take him somewhere eles to get all fixed up and they charge over 70 for slop. will never go back there for anything g

Today I went there to get a grooming service. A staff named Jenny never greeted and told me she need vaccine proofment. I showed her vaccine proofment and she said she needed rabid vaccine proofment. I told her I always bring that when I come here and never had a problem. So she called my veteran clinic and was able to get grooming done. After the grooming she told me my dog is too old and can't be serviced next time. Because he's legs are getting weak and couldn't stand!!. My dog is small and well behaved. Jenny is terrible staff and doesn't seem like she love animals. She shouldn't be working there anymore.

Have shopped for fish tank, fish, and other pet products. Staff at the fish area have always been friendly and very helpful. Store offers a variety of pet products, as well as grooming services.

They always have what I need for my cat. Prices are good, and staff is friendly

Fri..23th. 2022 today, I visited Petsmarts in Red Deer for grooming. I entered grooming office, the staff name is Jenny said " I could not provide the service without a vaccine certificate" in high-handed manner without any greeting. Finally, I proved vaccine certificate, and my small puppy get grooming service. After around 2hour, I got a message to pick up my puppy, and I arrived, pick my little puppy, and when I come out, Jenny suddenly without any greeting, told me, "this is last grooming service to you". I asked why? Jenny said " because your dog is old". Is this right service to customer? My puppy is just old, he didn't make any problem. My puppy is same to my family. For example, if you come to haircut salon with your old mother, then haircut staff said " this is last haircut service to you mother because she is old". How about your feeling? Anyways, my feeling is very bad. I feel Jenny doesn't like animal, and she doesn't have service mind to people. How come this kind person work in Petsmart?
