Groomer did a fantastic job. Cashier (Owner?) was an older lady. Rude, condescending, had an attitude about the "Mom Cut" Tried to say my pup had "numerous nicks and cuts". Bullsh*t! If you are wanting to loose new clients, this is the way to do it. On disability, don't have money for grooming every month... Totally offended and truly feel sorry for groomer having such a B out front dealing with her clients. WON'T GO BACK!

We went to Sadies while traveling to Edmonton, helping out a local shop instead of a big box store was refreshing. The owner and her dog Molly were very helpful, although the prices were high, the joy we felt in there makes up for it 100% cannot wait to be back in Edmonton to go visit again!

In contrast to the negative reviews below, my large (90lb) dog's grooming was excellent, the service respectful, and the dog seems happy in going back. I'm glad the shop is in my university area location, too. Also, when I used the Argyll location they sent over my vet papers for me, saving me the hassle of digging them out again.

Staff is helpful and friendly and my dog likes going there. Good neighborhood store.
