Easy to find product for my two dogs. 1 of them is a puppy and does training with a women called Sam, who is very nice loves all dogs. We have learned a lot from her and plan to go all the way with her training there. I would recommend to anybody that wants to train their adult or puppy dogs.

Always love visiting one of this chains stores the staff is always great and they have a good selection of fish .

I am not easily disappointed with retail service as I have worked in customer service and I do understand that it can be difficult however the service at this location was inexcusably bad. I went on a weekday in the afternoon and was one of probably five customers at the store. I Approached THREE young staff members that were just standing by the fish area chatting. I politely waited for them to finish their conversation ( which was not work related ) before asking where I could find feliway ( the store is disorganized and I had already spent about 10 minutes searching) one of the three girls instantly said “we don’t have that” one of the other girls corrected her pointing vaguely across the store saying “ yeah we do have that, it’s over there “ so I went off in search again without help. I approached them again 15 minutes later ( All three were still there chatting) because I was unable to find ferret treats. One of the girls informed me “ they probably discontinued them ” Which is completely incorrect, the biggest ferret brand in North America did not suddenly stop producing ferret treats they were obviously too lazy to check for me. Very rude and disrespectful staff. The only reason I did not give 1 star is that my Cashier was very friendly and helpful. This pet store is very close to my home however I will not be returning to this location, I would rather drive a little farther to another pet store for acceptable service.

It was good. No one came up to me which was preferred. But there wasn't anyone really around to help if I needed it. Which I did. But oh well. The young lady at the cash register was new but very nice and friendly.
