Great experience and awesome customer service delivery at Peppermint Organic Spa. I had the the 60min relaxation massage and the masseuse paid attention to the areas I'd pointed out. The staff were very courteous and professional, I was always asked if I needed anything while waiting and was offered coffee and water. Beautiful ambience, the spa rooms were very tidy, clean and conducive. Overall, it was an excellent service delivery for me and I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at Peppermint spa this morning. All of the staff were friendly and pleasant. My facial was very relaxing and thorough. I liked having all the steps explained to me before hand so I knew exactly what to expect. I also loved the Eminence line of products used.nI will be back the next time I have a chance

Loved my first time at Peppermint Organic Spa.  Olivia was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable.  My facial left me glowing!  Will be back to buy products when what I'm using now runs out.  And I will definitely be booking again.  Thank you for a great experience.

This was my first facial and I LOVED it! Olivia was a fantastic esthetician who made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I also enjoyed receiving a card noting the products she used so that I can purchase them for myself.  Great service, relaxing environment. I will definitely visit again.

I had booked a spa day for myself and my kids a month prior to the appointment. It was a special day as both my daughter’s and my birthday were that weekend and my son was returning back to school the following week. Three days prior to the appointment I was called and informed that they could only accommodate 2 of the three appointments. At this point there was no way that I could make arrangements to book three appointments elsewhere. They said that potentially they would have a cancellation and could fit in the cancelled appointment that sadly didn’t happen. It was very disappointing that even with my advanced planning they were not able to accommodate my reservation. My kids did enjoy their facial and massage however the hour appointment was more like a 50 min appointment.
