Great experience and awesome customer service delivery at Peppermint Organic Spa. I had the the 60min relaxation massage and the masseuse paid attention to the areas I'd pointed out. The staff were very courteous and professional, I was always asked if I needed anything while waiting and was offered coffee and water. Beautiful ambience, the spa rooms were very tidy, clean and conducive. Overall, it was an excellent service delivery for me and I highly recommend.
Poorly done job with the manicure. Cuticle work not done at all, polish not applied properly, horrible filing. I also upgraded for the oil treatment and it’s not worth it.nnI didn’t want to be rude and mention it in front of the employee that I want to remove the polish and go elsewhere so I paid and left to follow up after. I’ll attach photos of what the “ cuticle work and filing job” is done after I removed the nail polish.nnThey don’t offer refunds and are comfortable with charging you for an extremely poor service that’s not as describednn—-nnResponse to owner:nnIt’s unfortunate and unneighbourly to charge customers who work hard for their money to spend on a business that knows they offer a poor service and are comfortable with that.
I’ve been a loyal client of Peppermint Organic Spa for the past four years, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The quality of their sugaring services is exceptional, and I've always left feeling completely satisfied. The spa's atmosphere is welcoming and serene, making every visit a relaxing escape. The staff are not only skilled but also genuinely friendly, creating a warm and professional environment. A special shoutout to Charmaine, the owner, whose expertise and personal touch truly set this spa apart. Her commitment to excellence and client care is evident in every aspect of the service. If you're looking for top-notch sugaring and a truly enjoyable spa experience, Peppermint Organic Spa is the place to go!
Had the most peaceful pedicure today with Olivia, the atmosphere was so soothing and the whole treatment was so comforting. Popped by for a little birthday treat as a pregnant mama and it was so lovely! I’ve also had a facial here once and that was lovey too, they made sure to carefully read all the ingredients with my allergies!
I had my first microneedling session today with Heather and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Heather was super professional, warm and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained everything in detail and patiently answered all of my questions. The spa itself is lovely, with a relaxing ambiance. Looking forward to returning for future treatments :
