The staff here are wonderful. They know you by name which is fantastic and it also adds an "extra" layer of security since they know you and someone comes in pretending to be you, they will know it is not you, thus protecting your personal information and accounts. Just a wonderful neighborhood bank.

I do not bank here but I needed to make change and they were super friendly and didn't have a problem with the request.
