BEST BANK EVER!!! I have been with this bank for 4 years, and the staff is so friendly

Worse service ever. Deposited a CERTIFIED CHECK, and they deposited with a 4 days clearance, when I have over 100 times that amount available with Columbia bank, on my other accounts.

I had $20 dollar bills i need it 100s they won't do it. He says you need to open account but you all ready told me what kind of bank you are rude nothing else. In Europe every bank Will change the bills for free comparing to European banks they don't deserve one star.

Worst bank EVER!!!! I don’t think you could find more inefficient staff. If you have a problem the manager would not show her face or she’s never there I mean that’s what they say They’re thieves who don’t know how to work or treat their customers. Audry Nivar

If i could give it a zero I would DO NOT go to this bank i opened this account and has been nothing but headaches They have the worst customer service

I enjoy going to Columbia bank on Rt. 4. All the staff are courteous and professional.
