Our first experience when we first signed up was awesome! Amazing customer service! James R. was awesome & very personable. As new people who just joined it made the experience awesome & just overall happy that we joined BECU & chose this location! I just recently came back in to change my name & was able to work with Gerald & let me tell ya, he's awesome! Made the process quick & easy and enjoyable. I love BECU and I love this location!

I came in to cash a paycheck since I had encountered a problem with my original bank.i was in a hurry and was contemplating opening an account with them later in the week. I will summarize that I left 24 minutes later with MY BRAND NEW BECU ACCOUNT AND MY BRAND NEW DEBIT CARD IN HAND!!!! I am done with banks Dope ass(opus) bank lost our family business banking permanently after "Accidentally" draining my minor daughters bank account that had been "grandfathered" from cascade bank. They are not just idiots at dOpus bank THEY ARE GREEDY. NEVER AGAIN !!! BECU forever!! Plus BECU still knows and practices that rare art form of CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I think that use of this term has been OUTLAWED at banks now that BECU is steadily eating into their financial base! Thanks BECU!!
