This has to be one of the worst banking institutions in the world, because of this branches rudeness and complete ineptitude when it comes to dealing with fraud I have closed all accounts having to do with BoA including my Alaska airlines card that I have held for over 10 years. I will never do business with them for the rest of my life, and advise everyone that will listen to avoid them like the bubonic plague.
