HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Teller had no idea what she was doing! 5 times she had to walk to ask her manager what to do! I was there to cash a check. A Coastal Community check. Simple, right? Apparently NOT! Teller ended up calling the Monroe branch to verify funds...never had that happen before. The manager asked me 4 out of the 5 times she came out to help her teller if I wanted to open an account today? 4 times I said, ‘no.’ She must have thought it was all funny because the fifth time she said with a laugh, ‘are you SURE you do not want to open an account today?’ That was enough for me, I took the check back and left. I will never, ever go back to the Snohomish branch again!!
