A big name bank with a small town atmosphere. Super friendly staff that will remember your name after the first visit!

Went in because I am having trouble navigating the on-line site, their solution?  Site in the branch and use our computer. If that worked I would not be here! I asked for help and get told they don't really know how to use it either! Waiting endlessly  for the one and only banker working here on a Saturday.  Wishing my mortgage was not at Wells Fargo.   Avoid this branch
