This branch is awesome. I have received better customer service from them than I have from any of the other banks I've worked with. On several occasions they have saved my bacon. recently I had a car payment rejected because of a delayed credit to my account. the morning this happened I went to the bank precisely when they opened and was there when they unlocked the door. As soon as I walked through the door, Kate (the manager of this branch) looked up, saw that it was me, and informed me that she had already fixed the problem for me, and that my car payment had cleared. Needless to say, I was very happy and impressed. They have gone above and beyond for me on a number of other occasions too, which I would go into detail about, but this review is getting a bit too long. So in conclusion, I think Opus Bank on avenue D in Snohomish is a solid 5 star organization and would recommend them to anyone.
