I visited PEDINI Vancouver last week. It is a beautiful showroom with endless selection of finishes and design options. Although I mentioned that I’m only in the early stage of entertaining the idea of remodeling my kitchen, they still took the time to discuss with me about all the design options and provide me with a lot of information that will be very helpful for me when I will decided to move forward with the project. The designer that I met is so professional and knowledgeable. The visit in their showroom was such a pleasant visit! When we will decide to remodel our kitchen, I know we will go back to them to do that!

I can't say enough about this place. MY ONLY REGRET is that I didn't use them for my kitchen remodel. I hired them for my bathroom cabinets and from beginning to end this company was the most professional, detailed company I have ever dealt with in the home improvement business. The initial consultation was very helpful and professional. The use of technology in reminding you about the upcoming appointment and follow up calls, emails and so forth were outstanding. Their customer service angle was beyond what I ever expected from beginning to completion. The quality and install of my cabinet was awesome. The product and the item was even better than I had expected. The installer was nice, clean, brought appropriate items to protect the stairs and so forth. The end result was beautiful cabinets. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE!!!

I have never dealt with the company before and I never will! Upon merging onto the #1 highway from Taylor Way, I could have crashed my vehicle with my family in it when one of their company vans sped up to block me from merging. It was rainy weather, and possibly he or she wasn't paying attention but he or she did the exact same thing at the next merge to another motorist! When I phoned their number later, the person who I spoke with didn't even care and even disagreed with me saying all of their vehicles where at the office... the whole ordeal speaks volumes to me!
