Had a great experience once again at the Sleep Country in North Vancouver. I bought my first bed there in 2015 and that experience was great - great sales rep, great delivery and assembly, and a great bed! I came back this time looking for another King bed. I had just come from the brick from a terrible experience and was so pleased with my experience at Sleep Country! I worked with Silvino. He asked me what bed I wanted and what budget I was working with. I told him I didn't have a budget but wanted a great bang for my buck. He found me a great bed at a great price. No pressure whatsoever to buy and honest opinion about the bed I picked and all the others I tried (even the more expensive ones). He also was not pushing other things on me (upsells like pillows, etc.) which I really appreciated. Will always come to this location for my beds. Great service, great beds, and great prices. Thanks Silvino!

If I could, I'd give them star zero. That just shows how bad my experience with this place, and Sleep Country in general is. If you have to buy a mattress, don't go to Sleep Country, particularly not this North Van one, as they are totally unscrupulous. Sorry that I have to use this word. Here is my experience: I paid $64 in cash as deposit for a mattress on black Friday last year, and told them I'd have to come back to measure my bed to be sure that the measurements were right. I came back and found no and went back to get the deposit next day. They said they couldn't give the cash back, as it was already in their account, and would mail me a check. But I waited, waited, the check didn't arrive. Then I called them, visited them at least 6 times in total, and even contacted Sleep Country headquarters twice and left them message on the website at least once, and till today, almost 9 months later, the check hasn't arrived, and I believe that it will never arrive no matter how I urge them. To be fair, both the store and their headquarters people admit that they owe me the money every time I called or visited, but they just wouldn't give me the $64! I got so pissed off every time that I told them that it was the last time I'd call them about two months ago. Today I recall this, and have to post something here. Sorry, but I firmly believe that Sleep Country will go down with this kind of attitude and dishonesty. LAST, IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO BUY SOMETHING AT ANY SLEEP COUNTRY, DON'T GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT IN CASH, AS THEY WILL NEVER GIVE IT BACK TO YOU, AND THE CHECK WILL NEVER ARRIVE.
