Colony provided all of our appliances for kitchen renovation. High end and best prices. Good selection and advice. Delivery went really well. Bosch speed oven display went in first year. Bosch sent out service rep 3 or 4 times and was unable to fix. Service rep recommended replacement, Colony followed up on and handled all service with Bosch and the pieces were replaced, including install. Oven works great and we were impressed by both Bosch and Colony (DesNeiges and Lea). Highly recommended.

I have purchased two major appliances with Colony. I’m very happy with the knowledge and integrity of the staff. Delivery was on time with great care being taken with my home and new appliance. They are prompt in answering questions and have addressed any issues in a timely and professional manner. They will accommodate price adjustments. I worked specifically with Rick and have recommended both him and Colony to my friends. Good job!!!

My wife and I were doing a renovation on a house we purchased. We started shopping for some appliances and stopped in at Colony to see what they had. Their show room is fantastic and well laid out, but what was awesome was the customer service. Dimitrios helped us to find what we were looking for. Our renovation was stalled for a number of months after we committed to purchasing the appliances and Colony was very understanding and worked with us through the whole process. I can say enough how good they were to work with.

We had already picked out our appliances at another store, but just had an issue with the fridge. So on a whim we went over to Colony, intending to merely look at fridges. Rick Collin helped us, and was very kind about offering to look at our other choices. He saved us thousands of dollars within just a few minutes, finding rebates and discounts. The other appliance store didn't make this kind of effort. We have now worked with Rick for the last 8 months and he has been responsive and impressive at every inevitable construction glitch. We highly recommend Rick and Colony for any appliance need.

Upon arriving we were greeted with a warm friendly hello from Alexa who them regfered us off. Demetrius was amazing in helping us stay within budget and finding "the perfect fridge". Our size was a little tricky and he went beyond call of duty to find a match. Manny and his delivery team were very attentive in setting everything up and making sure not to scratch freshly painted walls. Great customer service all around!!!!
