My apartment is large and affordable for a location so close to downtown. Public areas need more consistent attention, but otherwise not a bad place to live

I would move if I could afford to, but I can’t, so here I am.

Affordable place to live in high rise buildings, but maintenance is not the best, they try, its an old building with lot of repair, but the only thing you will pay money for is the great view of lake ontario, down town, CN tower , sun rise and sunsets..thats the only reason anybody living here could pay for.
