Well-run low rise building with great amenities. Best of all of course is the private oasis courtyard in the middle that makes you forget you're in the heart of the city.
Have lived here for 15 years and loved every minute. Quiet and homey but walk around the corner and the city awaits!
I love living here first as a renter and now as an owner. Good management and quiet pretty place to live. Oh and there's Chinatown and Queen St right there. So convenient!

The worst management ever, the worst guys on the reception. I have never hated a building like this. They humiliate people and they are racist. So bad experience. And the apartment was the worst, we had so many failures in fridge, floors and we had to deal with the labour work guys and book their appointment and be at home based on their flexibility. Do not rent there‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼
