I had an issue with my billing which I only realized after receiving a call from Provident. I called them back, had a very short wait time less than a minute, and I spoke to the nicest person, Wendy! She looked into my issue, waited with me yes she actually waited with me and did not put me on hold till I emailed some required documents, and she fixed the error asap. She also followed up over on email outlining the next steps. Thank you Wendy for your amazing customer service and kindness in understanding the situation, and thank you Provident for being apt and timely by informing me in advance of these issues!

Serafima was so sweet, and helped me with all my questions. She deserves an award, shes the sweetest kindest customer service agent Ive ever had the pleasure to talking with. She reassured me when I had certain questions, this women deserves a raise!!!!! 10/10 if you get her on a call you are in very good hands!

I found that Provident customer services are really helpful. Fast and efficient. Chahat was able to go through my problem very patiently and was able find a solution very quickly. I really appreciate her patience and the kindness through out the process. She also explained me step by step since I am a new customer to the provident. First time dealing with this company, this is uncharted territory for me, however Angelica Basso made things very smooth and was able to ease the process of setting up my utilities. Her customer service was unmatched & more importantly she is very informative and was able to provide an answer to ALL of my question. Definitely the type of representative I would want to talk to as a consumer/customer. 5 star service Angelica, well done !

Angelica from the customer service team at Provident was really easy to work with. She took the time to explain the steps needed to open an account with them and even went the extra step to assist me when dealing with some technical difficulties. customer call was picked up really quickly. Serafima has a warm and calm manner when addressing questions. She takes time to explain everything and gives direct and honest answers. Nowadays, customer inquiries got picked up almost right away and having someone speaking good English and giving answers that address problem rather than reading from script. It is very rare and needs to be appreciated.

Serafima was the agent I got connected after submitting my number for a callback whilst trying to close an account. I received a call promptly after I left my number. She was extremely patient and informative and frankly I was a little surprised given the reputation that precedes Provident. Definitely left thoroughly satisfied with the whole experience.

Serafina was just incredible today. I needed to close our account and she remained on the phone, while I filled out the form online, and submitted it. She was then able to confirm that it had been received. Just fantastic customer service. Thanks so much.

A bill i paid over a week ago was showing past due. I called customer service and Serafima was so amazing! She was very calm and patient. She took the time to look into the issue for me. She remembered there was a glitch a week prior when it came to credit card payments and she corrected the situation for me, making sure I would not receive any late fees as I already paid my bill on time. She even went out her way to reassure me that even if I see the past amount on my next bill to only pay the difference. She was so so sweet and very patient. There’s no way anyone could be upset when speaking with her. Thanks so much Serafima! Great customer service for sure!!

Excellent customer service by Serafima. I truly appreciate her assistance and patience while helping me with my issue. She deserves 5 stars however I didn't give provident 5 stars as there are issues with their billing system and customer service wait time.
