Do not waste your money!  My boyfriend paid $160 for an arrangement.  Not only was the arrangement tiny, they arrived wilted, dying and practically frozen.   He showed them pics and they told us to put them in fresh water and their colour will be brought back to life.  We demanded a refund and they refused.  Terrible flowers and terrible customer service!

Worst florist I've seen in 35 years.  I ordered an expensive Valentine's day flower arrangement through FTD.  What we received was beautiful but 1/4 of the size of what was ordered.  I complained to FTD and they tried to get this florist to send the right arrangement but the owner didn't want anything to do with it.  She said she filled out the order to the best of her ability.  FTD made arrangement with another florist to properly fulfill my order.  STAY AWAY from Parkside Florist.
