Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral on behalf of my brother and his wife who live in Germany. I attended the wake and service and was so pleased with the arrangement. It was so much bigger and prettier than I expected. Thank you so much!

INEXCUSABLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE
I have just had a shocking experience with this florist. Having used them many times before, I ordered flowers for my dad for Father's Day. I upgraded to a Deluxe bouquet and paid ~$100 in total. The flowers arrived as ordered. My dad and his wife were very pleased. However, when I saw the photos of the flowers, the florist had replaced beautiful blue hydrangea with a few light blue carnations (which I know they may do). In addition, the bouquet appeared to be the 'standard' size and not the Deluxe. I emailed the florist, expressed my disappointment, told them that my dad was happy with the flowers (but didn't know what I had paid...) and I requested a 25% refund. I didn't want my dad to know I was disappointed, hence why I didn't request any additional flowers.
So, what did Browns Mason Richards Flowers do? They sent a delivery man to pick up the flowers, told my dad's wife that I refused to pay (upsetting her greatly) - this, after I had paid in full, then sent me an email advising that the order had been refunded in full (they didn't mention that they had gone to my dad's home to pick them up - he had to tell me this). I am simply shocked that a florist would do something so mean. My dissatisfaction had nothing to do with my dad, and to show up at his home to reclaim the flowers was inexcusable and cruel. In my experience, florists offer a satisfaction guarantee. Clearly this isn't the case, and if you express disappointment, they will make you, and the recipient of your gift, suffer.
They don't deserve to be in business.
