I have never ordered flowers online before so I was really unsure as to what to expect.  My experience with Bloomex.ca  was seamless.  The flowers were beautiful and fresh and brightened my loved ones day!  I will definitely use Bloomex again.

My son in BC ordered flowers for me here in Ottawa. He received email on Friday saying that they were out for delivery; I received them 5:45 pm SATURDAY half dead. I haven't been able to get through to company despite several attempts and two callbacks left. Order 03675969. He deserves a refund!  UPDATE I received a beautiful replacement bouquet today. Photo below of tulips and rosebuds. Thank you.

I received Bloomex flowers for my birthday and they were absolutely stunning! So I decided to order some for my Mom for her birthday too. I highly recommend Bloomex!

The process was fairly easy to walk through, and gave very clear instructions for shipping and ordering. I was excited to see how it would turn out. It was amazing! It was more perfect than the picture advertised. I loved it, and even more important, the girl loved it. The flowers were beautiful selections by the florist, and amazingly presented. I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. My sincerest thanks too the florists at Bloomex. They really knocked it out of the park.

Always happy to get flowers through Bloomex. The flowers are fresh and the delivery person always calls to confirm delivery. If I am busy and don't pick up my phone, they always leave a message  and are very courteous.

Absolutely blown away! What a fantastic company. I ordered flowers from Bloomex at 09:30 and they arrived at 14:00! Could not believe the speed of which they were delivered. The flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Thank you to all at Bloomex. I will definitely be purchasing from you again!

I`ve looked through Bloomex BBB, and it seems unreal. You are fortunate to have Emily in your employ, she is terrific and efficient. She was most helpful in suggesting an arrangement and extremely pleasant to work with. Delivery was a she promised and the bouquet was fragrant and fabulous. Still going strong after a week! I will encourage friends to contact her for their flower needs and I would not hesitate to call on her for future orders.

Ordering online made it very easy. In the past Bloomex has done outstanding work for us, making unique and beautiful arrangements each and every time. However, this particular order was for an out-of-town funeral arrangement, so our disappointment was not with Bloomex, but with the florist that actually fulfilled the order. The spray we ordered was pictured as full and lush with roses and lilies. When we arrived at the service, we saw that the arrangement delivered was not full and lush. It was skimpy and not worth the price we paid. Bloomex will always be "our" florist, but I hope they choose someone different in that town in the future.

I can always rely on Bloomex Florist to have the best selection available for the price! I know when the delivery is made that the flowers will be beautiful! This was a floral arrangement for my mother-in-law's birthday. She said the flowers were gorgeous and she would not say that unless it was true! So thank you Bloomex!

Bloomex always has done beautiful arrangements every single time we've ordered from them. It's so nice knowing that when you place an order, it will be something that brings happiness to those receiving it. That was not always the case with other florists we've used. Now we receive text photos from the recepients showing us their lovely arrangements and all are extremely happy. It brings joy and we thank Bloomex for what they do:
