I was so happy to see I could send a birthday cake !  The perfect gift for when you can't be there to help make the day special.  My aunt was just thrilled to receive the cake.  She said it was so pretty she didn't want to cut into it !   I added another gift from the website, and both were delivered together.  Will definitely use Givopoly again !

I have used Givopoly twice now, and both times had a special request. Both times the team at Givopoly responded to me quickly letting me know they would find out the answer for me and get back to me. Both times they made arrangements to accomplish my special requests. I am blown away by the excellent customer service and would recommend this service to everyone!

The cake is  ok but not great.  
The delivery and handling is no good, the topping was all over the place. 

I will not probably order again due to bad  handling.

Fake reviews !!!  . The cake I've ordered was in bad shape. The customer support has been  underwhelming.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BAKESHOP!! IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE

Good selection of quality products from various small businesses. The excellent customer service is icing on the cake. There was a mistake on my delivery date so they went all the way with extra services, repeated email apologies, and a personal phone call to the person receiving the delivery. The apologies were sincere and the compensation given for the mistake was more than was necessary. I order gifts online often for extended family, and must say this company has the best service. I will be a repeat customer and will recommend them to family and friends back in Ottawa.
