I order a birthday arrangement for my mom last week and we loved it. The design is fabulous and flowers are very fresh. It absolutely worth how much I paid. I will definitely visit them in the furture.

First and last time buying flowers here. Not good value. I purchased flowers for my wife's birthday. I told them i wanted to spend $100.00 which should get you a pretty nice bunch of flowers. All in it was over $130 with delivery. What a disappointment. The flowers they sent might be worth $50.00. No vase. Compared with what you can get using FTD.ca this was a huge rip off. I called and told them that i thought it was a bit expensive for what they provided, and he just laughed at me. Told me he had been in business for 14 years... Like that matters. I doubt he will be around much longer. Poor value and lousy customer service.

Ordered an expensive Victorian style arrangement for my daughters birthday. I paid for delivery but apparently the delivery person did not want to deliver them so they had to go pick them up. EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR DELIVERY. The arrangement was just white roses stuck in a vase. Not at all what I had ordered. My advice is to not order from this company online. It is a ripoff. You do not get what you ordered or paid for.
