Alta Vista Flowers

First time using this shop. Arrangement was lovely and delivery was next day. No fuss, no muss. Highly recommended!

I ordered online a specific flower arrangement that was advertised. The basket shown on the website was a combination of colorful flowers that was well suited to each other. Alta Vista Flowers delivered a different combination then the one ordered. When I complained about it I was told that they have a substitution policy. “Substitution policy: On occasion substitution of flowers are required, we take the utmost care to ensure that the size, color and value shown is maintained.” I don’t feel that either the value or the color was respected. The final product is not something I would have purchased. I am very disappointed in the final product and the subsequent lack of customer service. Why would a business advertise and sale a product which is not in season?

I just ordered from here for my second time within the past year. They have always been so professional and have had timely service. If something was not available in stock they were able to accommodate me. Every single flower was in full bloom and absolutely stunning! Especially loved the flowers that I ordered for a funeral.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet with a bit of a creative request...I wanted the flowers to be like a rainbow, it was to be a bouquet from the grandkids for their beloved Grandpa. Alta Vista Flowers came through with "flying colours" on this bouquet, got all the colours of the rainbow and even added some real cotton to be some clouds--it was beautiful and within our budget. I would definitely order from them again!

I had to place in a last minute order for a corsage. The receptionist was very helpful and willing to create a beautiful mixture of flowers to match the idea that I had for the corsage I needed. Then she offered a deliver service.(time saver) Thank you Alta Vista Flowers for providing an excellent service and a beautiful corsage..
