My Flowers and centerpieces were done by a florist in Barrhaven- Anika Flowers- She was amazing and very affordable! I am not fussy when it comes to flowers and she took my colors and made amazing centerpieces, my bouquet and Bridesmaids bouquet were stunning! Everyone was very happy with the flowers!

No customer service on my visit. I walked in and, with two staff present and no other customers, was completely ignored the entire time I was there. No eye contact, no "I'll be with you in a minute", no acknowledgement that I was even there. The woman at the cash was writing a card and didn't even bother to look up at me when she was finished. The other employee stood awkwardly in the back trying really hard not to make eye contact. After several long minutes of this my patience wore thin and I left. I spent many years in retail and I know how customers should be treated. There is poor customer service and then there is despicable customer service. Anika's was the latter. They obviously don't want my business so I won't be going back. I was very impressed with the flowers and service at Loblaws down the road, and next time, that will be where I start.

I'm ordering from her again but I don't see my original review. Odd. Anyway these ppl have gone above and beyond for me again and again

Just called from Alberta to order flowers for family - the lady I spoke with was very helpful and pleasant. I am counting on the flowers being beautiful and will post if they aren't - but this was a good pick!
