Park2Go Edmonton

Staff are great and helpful (one star). They lost my key, good thing I took the advice of my friend to bring a spare. it has been 5 days and I am still waiting for the manager to call me back. I left several messages without any return call. I don't understand how a manager can be that busy to acknowledge a customer concerns.(Maybe time to get a real manager that has customer service experience) I've been very patient and will give them a few more days then I will have to take actions.

I have always had great luck with this service, and have used it many times. The shuttles are always on time and my vehicle is always nice and warm when I return. The current pricing is also very good, so as long as the prices stay competitive I will keep parking here.

I should have read these first. Parked my car for a couple of days. The price at the end was more than the quote.. when I asked where my car was they pointed and said over there . I had to go look for my car. This was m first time using them so I didn't know where and what to do . Finally figured it out. While I was driving home I looked in one of my compartments that I usually keep money and it was gone. Got a call from the manager today and he said that this has never happened before, but after reading these reviews I see it has .. he said he didn't call to argue with me. He said He will be sending me gift cards. I did like that my car was warm. I was so upset. Not sure that I'll use them again.

Items were taken (stolen) from the vehicle. Let the company know about it and they did not have the audacity to respond to the complaint. Will never park here or support a corrupt business like this again.

Park2Go. Is absolutely the best parking service I’ve used. And being in the oil field and from BC I’ve used a lot of them. The price was very reasonable the facilities were awesome. But it was the people that made the difference. From the greeters, van drivers, counterpersons all the way up to management. Top Notch Service. Will use you exclusively from now on.
