Seems like every single time I come to jetSet I end up waiting 20 minutes for a bus. The lot is bursting at the seams, but they have one single bus, every time. I've never had a problem with the staff, and the drivers are super helpful. But man they need to get more drivers.

JetSet parking used to be good when they first opened.  They  always used full size buses for pick ups and drop offs, this was the reason I decided to use them.  Recent trips that I have taken, they have used half size buses.  Now you have to wait for a second or third bus to arrive to be picked up at door 8/9 because of to many customers and not large enough buses.  So imagine arriving from a tropical vacation and having to wait 15 or more minutes outdoors in winter weather for a bus to arrive.  Also, I’ve noticed customers having disagreements on who arrived first, waiting in a nonexistent line for the bus pickup at the airport.

I generally travel about three times a year and the staff at jetset are awesome. Especially, the bus drivers. They are always there to help you with your luggage and greet you with a smile. Rates are fair and affordable as well. I highly recommend jetset.

I agree with Gary and all the others who have paid for valet parking only to find a cold snow covered car and some clown telling you it was started. These guys must have taken over from previous management and there is no customer service. These guys are from another culture where it's probably acceptable to scam the customer and they're all over the airport. So save your self some money and park your own car cause you're getting nothing more if you pay them extra for valet service, better yet use a different parking service as I intend on doing. Before you use this company check reviews

If you choose to park here, be prepared to circle the lot looking for a spot for at least 20 min; because when you need to catch a flight, who doesn't have extra time?! 
The staff at the office don't know when shuttles will be arriving. One says 5-10 minutes, another says 10-15. It's not like they'd know exactly how many people will be arriving at any one time from their online booking, so they can't possibly be prepared with enough shuttles to meet the demand. No, don't worry about it, just stand around aimlessly like the staff; you don't really need to be on a plane!
If you have an extra 45 minutes, in addition to your airport drive, before your departure, sure, spend it in this dirt lot!
