E-Park Airport Parking

DO NOT PARK HERE! It does not let you post without giving at least 1 star, but they truly deserve 0 stars. The airport shuttle they speak of is shared with multiple hotels and goes to every part of the airport. We arrived at 3:55 am for our domestic flight at 6 am. The airport shuttle did not arrive until 4:30 and stopped at 2 different hotels for additional pick ups prior to dropping off at the Shell airport then the international airport. Needless to say we arrived at our gate 5 minutes prior to boarding. Not impressed! The pick up to return to our vehicle was similar. Waited 20 minutes for a driver who stopped at multiple stops prior to ours. Had I known this, we would have spent the extra few dollars for jet set where customers are the priority. However, the gas station attendant does not answer any questions until he has your prepayment. And is less than helpful after payment is given!

Parked here many times without any problems - people are friendly - not your average 'park-only' option, as its a store, a gas station and rentals place but for the price....never had an issue.

Risk missing your flight if you park here! After a ONE HOUR wait for the shuttle (advertised as available every 15 minutes), I finally got a cab to take me to the airport!!! The manager's attitude is "I don't care... it's your problem". Pay a little more at the many other options in order to ensure you make your flight.

I parked here from July 11th to 30th during my vacation. After returning late at night and retrieving my car I did a quick visual check and everything seemed to be fine. After I was able to view my car in the daylight I noticed that another vehicle in the lot had driven into my car removing paint from the rocker panel and leaving blue paint transfer on my trim. I called the toll free number and the person told me that they would look into it for me and get back to me. I waited several days and called back only to find out that there are no cameras in the lot and there is no way they can help me (of course they aren't responsible for any damage) The website touts safe and secure parking but offer no help when something happens. I'll never park there again!

If this is the future, kill me now. No less than 8 - 10 tiny little stores in what is about the same size as a service station and resturant. It appears to be oriental persons employed here and a wild guess is that it is also owned by orientals that came from a crowded city and saw a huge potential in what we Canadians have up to now considered as being not necessary to exploit and crowd. Makes me wonder how this development ever got past zoning bylaws. Yes you can physically jam 8 - 10 businesses into 2000 sq. ft, (the size of a single floor on a normal house), but is this what we really want to see? Not me. Service was okay but again I got the feeling of being pushed into a commuter train in Japan when parking my vehicle - not enough space in the parking lot. NO SECURTY in the parking lot - I picked up and drove off with my car, no one around and no gates. True the place is under development and they may add security, so let's see what it looks like in 2014, but for now I will go back to using Park&Fly or some other secured parking lot. This place was not worth saving $20 a week. On the plus side, I have always found dealing with Oriental people a pleasure and this was no exception.
