It was our first time parking with Prk'N Fly. Amazing service, great customer service. Driver is an expert in driving and friendly. !!! On entering the lot, the friendly lady gives you a parking # where you need to park the car. Shuttle bus picks you up within seconds and drops at the airport at departure area. We called when arrived at the airport, they picked us up from the airport within minutes, and dropped us where our car was. It was an amazing experience! Highly recommend them!
Took them 25 min to get me to the airport. Service was OK. Lady at the front desk was nice. However, they take long time as they try to pick up EVERYONE in the parking lot, just so they don’t send another shuttle, although it’s a short ride anyways. They should be respectful to passengers time. They wasted precious time for all of us. It was inconvenient and caused additional anxiety to the people on the bus.
We've used park and fly a couple times and it's been such a convenience for us! We have enjoyed the service. Would totally recommend using them. Ends up costing what a taxi costs so that's a great benefit!
I have used this location for years. Friendly staff with quick service. Price is good. Typically you will find their buses available both for departure and arrival
The shuttle dropping us off asked which airline we were traveling with and we said. Without asking any more questions they dropped us off at the domestic gate, not the international one. We had no idea there was two gates, one for domestic and one for international, and there was no one at the gate to help us right away. We ended up missing our flight because we were waiting around at the wrong gate. When the attendant did come she said we were at the wrong place and they just closed the international gate and we cannot check our bags or get our flight. If the person dropped us off at the right gate we would have made our flight. When we left the parking lot and refused to pay, the lady insisted it was a miscommunication on our part. Im sorry, but your company is here everyday. They should know to ask if We are flying within canada or else where, they should know each airline has a gate for domestic vs international. They shouldnt assume we know these things, simply ask what airline and where you are flying to so you can ensure you are dropping your paying customers at the right spot. They should be asking this basic question, they should know these things after literally working at this airport daily, while guests come here who knows, in our case never before. We haven't been to this airport before and used your service to ensure we could park and be dropped at the right spot. If they had simply asked us if we were flying to the usa it would have saved us over 500 dollars.we are trying to see my sons wedding and now have to pay for another ticket and lost a day of our hotel. The lady at the booth was extremely condescending. Even before everything went wrong, when we first arrived, she was rude and gave bad instructions for parking, talking to us like we are dumb. She gave us a bunch of numbers, 109120 with no other instructions or directions besides "turn left". We figured she meant to tell us to park within 109-120 after actually driving. After parking we had no idea if we wait there or were supposed to walk, the lady gave no instructions. I used the ones off my phone but it seemed confusing. Would never use this lot again and will make sure i spread the word of how you completely ruined the start of our vacation and seeing my sons wedding.
Good from the get go. The booth attendant was good, the ride was quick and all went smooth. We're using this service for our upcoming trip. Cheers!
When we arrived home my battery was dead. The driver got out with the battery pack and boosted my car and made sure that I had no more problems.
So easy to use and basically no wait to and from the airport. Friendly staff at the gate and both drivers we had. Will use again.
Close to airport, shuttle pick up at your vehicle and drop off from airport. Online booking options are great for reserving a spot!
First time using Park n fly and it was really convenient and efficient. They even waited to make sure my car would start Winter
