The Rainforest Cafe is located on Falls Avenue Resort directly across from the Falls. This Niagara Falls restaurant offers guests a menu to suit every taste featuring family favourites including salads, burgers, pastas and signature sandwiches. Customer service is a priority at the Rainforest Cafe, you will receive exceptional guest service from the moment of your arrival in the jungle to your departure and all points in between.

The decor inside the Rainforest Cafe will captivate you. As you enter through the 80 foot bubbling volcano the rainforest comes alive with animatronic snakes, elephants, and gorillas. The Rainforest Cafe is also the only location where you can experience an indoor thunderstorm every half hour, once the thunderstorm ends make sure to look out for shooting stars and the hidden face in the Starscape.

Several Years ago, my best friends Aunt took us here to eat. Amazing Atmosphere! I still have memories and the pictures to go with them. We are planning on going again sometime this year. Most likely in the summer. The plan is to pass along the experience now that I have a little one of my own to share it with. The staff is always polite and very quick to get things done and done right. We've never had any problems, and they are willing to change dishes if you warn them of an allergy. I would love to make this trip more often!

Lots of fun for our 4 children at lunch, very attentive and friendly server. Pleasantly surprised with the food, we had fish n chips and chicken fingers with a coconut curry dipping sauce. Recommend for families!

We were very happy with our visit to the Rainforest Cafe.  Our server was very fruendly and our food was excellent and arrived timely.  Our son was celebrating his birthday and they did a little chant and gave him a sundae with a candle on top to blow out.  The atmosphere was excellent and fun to watch.

3.5/5 - the atmosphere at this place can't be beat if you have young kids. They do a great job creating the appearance of a rainforest, complete with animatronic animals which regularly move about, and a "thunderstorm" that happens about every 20 minutes or so. The staff and servers are extremely friendly and accommodating, and they encourage guests to explore the restaurant and take pictures. My children (7 and 5) were enthralled and amazed. The food is only so-so, and be warned that to get into the restaurant you have to go past the gift shop, which has lots of colourful toys that your kids will likely want to explore. You can also order drinks in large animal tumblers that you can take home, but they do cost a fair bit. Be prepared to either spend some extra money, or give your kids a firm "no" when they ask for more than the meal.

Most of us don't expect to find a great restaurant in the middle of the jungle, or the reverse.  The jungle is in the middle of the restaurant.  One of the most noticeable features of this restaurant is the greatly enlarged children's eyes. As all energy is focused on eye balls, they are the quietest children anywhere.  Be aware of one Frank Larkin who tends to let it slip to believers, that one certain guerrilla is friendly, but that one over there is known to bite. As for bites, why else would you go to a jungle,  than to find good food.The Rainforest Cafe is just that. With constant friendly efficient service, comes great proportions of super delicious foods with Junglerilla names easily translated by wait staff.  Atmosphere is beyond belief. Breathe easy, prices, although not discount won't break the bank.  But enjoyment will blow your mind, (& possibly belt buckle) in the jungle! A feast for the tummy and the eyes at The Rainforest!
