The Rainforest Cafe is located on Falls Avenue Resort directly across from the Falls. This Niagara Falls restaurant offers guests a menu to suit every taste featuring family favourites including salads, burgers, pastas and signature sandwiches. Customer service is a priority at the Rainforest Cafe, you will receive exceptional guest service from the moment of your arrival in the jungle to your departure and all points in between.

The decor inside the Rainforest Cafe will captivate you. As you enter through the 80 foot bubbling volcano the rainforest comes alive with animatronic snakes, elephants, and gorillas. The Rainforest Cafe is also the only location where you can experience an indoor thunderstorm every half hour, once the thunderstorm ends make sure to look out for shooting stars and the hidden face in the Starscape.

The rainforest theme is incredibly well done – from lush greenery and playful animal statues to large aquariums that mesmerize little ones.nThe kids’ menu is full of options, with several options on a kids pictorial menu.nAs for the food, it’s… okay. Portions are decent, but the quality is average – nothing to rave about. The cocktails were good though.nnStaff were friendly and helpful, and overall the experience was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a cool, interactive spot to entertain kids, this place hits the mark – just don’t expect gourmet meals.

This place was amazing I hadn’t been since I was a child and I was so excited to go back as an adult and try some drinks and bigger portion meals. And wow was I impressed I have an allergy to lemon and someone from the kitchen came out to make sure what I was ordering was okay and the bartender came over to tell me I can’t have the drink made as described but he could make it with different ingredients for me. It was an amazing experience no resturant has ever gone above and beyond like that for me! Our server Dawn was amazing so attentive and friendly!

We arrived at 19:20 and there was no space, they told us that it would take 40 mind. It was good that there was an option to have a text message sent once our table was available. We had our table at 20:20 and ordered immediately. It took half an hour for our food to come. The kids said that their fruit salad, wasn't really a fruit salad. The place has been made to look very attractive to kids which is good, and they liked the aquarium. We paid $140 for two kids meals and two adult main dishes, which we feel is way too much for the poor quality.

Visited Rainforest Cafe last week, and it’s definitely a must-visit spot in Niagara—especially for families with kids!nnI highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the walk-in wait times can be quite long.nnThe restaurant is spacious and filled with games, which kept the kids entertained for a good amount of time.nnWe ordered pasta and cheese pizza from the kids' menu—everything was fresh and delicious.nnOn the downside, the service was slower than expected. Our server came to the table 20 minutes after we were seated, and it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive.nnThat said, the activity books provided at the table were a thoughtful touch and a great way to keep the kids busy while waiting.nnLooking forward to visiting again!

It’s expensive for what it is. I don’t consider myself a big eater, but I managed to finish most of the pasta dish, so I don’t feel like they give you a lot for the price. $35 for the Anaconda Pasta which is only veggies.nnThe pasta was undercooked and it didn’t have the “chewy” taste that comes with freshly made pasta. It also kind of tasted like it had been sitting out for a bit. Instead of being chewy, it was breaking apart.nnThe Rainbow Colada was not a rainbow at all. It was just white and pink. It was tasty, but my friend & I agreed that we didn’t taste much alcohol in it. It was $16.nnCan’t say I’d recommend coming here. It seems gimmicky. The interior is kind of cool, but the thunderstorm they advertise every 30 minutes wasn’t as exciting as I thought. If they had dimmed the lights, it would’ve been more realistic, but it was just lights on the ceiling that would flicker and some animal noises.
