This is the first Google review I’ve ever written. I stayed at the Paradox in 2022 — when it originally opened — and although we’ve done a ton of travel since then, I constantly find myself reflecting on how incredible our experience was.nnWe’ve stayed in several big-name luxury hotels since, but none have come close to the level of service and overall experience we had at the Paradox.nnFrom the seamless check-in, to our bags being secured and held while our room was prepared, to the thoughtful treats waiting for us upon arrival — everything was handled with care and attention. The room service was exceptional, the staff genuinely attentive, the rooms spotless, and the location perfect. It truly set the tone for an unforgettable trip along the West Coast.nnThis review is long overdue, but I felt it was necessary to give the Paradox and their team the pat on the back they absolutely deserve. Bravo!
By far my favourite hotel in the city, the rooms are immaculate no matter how big or small. This time around we booked the balcony and bath king suite and it’s wonderful. There is so much space, big balcony and the bathtub is perfect size.nnAdditionally, I would love to thank Melissa from the concierge service who arranged the decorations for my husband’s birthday. She was absolutely lovely to chat to over the phone. She gave me lots of options $-$$$ for the decor and champagne options. Absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve had with any hotel in the city.nnWe traveled with friends and although we are not much for the club/lounge scene, there is plenty of other activities and restaurants in walking distance. The valet service is also very reliable, have never had any issues.
My stay at Hotel Paradox Vancouver was exceptional from start to finish! The value for what you get here is outstanding. Everything from check-in to room service and even the thoughtful turn-down service with chocolates was top-notch.nnIt’s the little details that set this place apart. The pen in the room? Surprisingly high-quality. Fresh canned waters provided daily? A nice touch. Even the bath mat and toiletries mat were a step above what you’d expect for a hotel in this price range.nnIf you’re looking for a stay that balances luxury with affordability, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be returning!
Best hotel experience I've had. Saksham was very kind and welcoming when we arrived. All the staff we encountered were lovely. Our room was exceptionally clean. The lounge had incredible drinks and the dj was amazing. The pool is luxurious. Never been more relaxed in my life
Fantastic spot for a Vancouver getaway. Loved our stay, Alisha at the front desk went over and above, got us into our room early and got us an upgrade for a good deal. Bike rentals in the hotel were super convenient. Room and room service were top notch. Will be back.
