Amazing modern and extremely clean hotel! The rooms are amazing, bedding is super comfortable! I love the modern feel to the hotel. All the rooms come with nespresso makers so you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the morning, not the sadness most hotels offer. My favorite feature is the standalone toilet space completely separate from the rest of the washroom. I would 100% stay again any day my wallet allows me to.
Good overall stay at Paradox Hotel Vancouver. The rooms are contemporary, simple, and nicely designed, and the location is excellent very central with easy access to Stanley Park, restaurants, downtown, and transit.nnOne thing that feels a bit odd is the access. The main entrance is actually through a back alley. There is a front entrance on Georgia Street, but you have to walk through a lounge called Karma, and late at night or very early in the morning that access is closed, so you’re forced to use the back alley.nnAmenities are a bit unusual too. The gym is good, properly equipped, but the pool is inside a nightclub Mansion, literally in the middle of the dance floor when the club is closed. It’s very small and feels strange swimming between the club’s booths. No sauna either, which was a big downside for me. The hot tub is outdoors, so moving between areas can be a bit inconvenient.nnOverall, still a good hotel and worth it for the price, but the layout and amenities are definitely… unique.
We celebrated anniversary here, and it was a right decision and I’ll tell you why. First, the hotel itself and the service were excellent! They upgraded our room, gave us sweet compliments, but the most important is that the staff was always in touch. We sent a messages with what’s up and in 10 minutes they full field our requests. Second, the valet parking was so convenient, because you don’t need to go to parking and the waiting time same 10 minutes! Isn’t it amazing?! Finally, I want to mention the hotel amenities; we’ve enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the lounge area. It was very peaceful and quiet. Karma lounge - the breakfast place is so good too, especially quality of food and service. Thanks to the hotel staff for the hospitality and for making our priceless moment truly unforgettable.
Absolutely Exceptional Stay – A True Luxury ExperiencennWe usually stay at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, but on a whim decided to switch things up and book the Paradox Hotel Vancouver—and we are so glad we did. Not only was it significantly more affordable, it exceeded our expectations in every possible way.nnFrom the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. Our flight landed early, and the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in, which immediately set the tone for the stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality were felt throughout the entire visit.nnThe location is incredibly safe, central, and convenient—perfect for everything we wanted to do in downtown Vancouver. Truly ideal.nnWe stayed in a Signature King Room, which was immaculate, massive, and beautifully designed. Floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic shades and blinds, a private water closet, a large soaking tub, an enormous TV, incredibly comfortable bed and linens, and fully automated lighting made the room feel effortlessly luxurious and modern.nnWhat truly elevated the stay, though, was the service. Every single staff member—from the front desk to housekeeping—was consistently kind, friendly, and helpful, even in passing in the hallways. The attention to detail was exceptional.nnWe were especially touched by the unexpected extras: birthday drinks and dessert for my partner, nightly turndown service complete with a weather card for the next day, chocolates, and fresh water each evening. These thoughtful touches made the stay feel personal and special.nnOverall, we were incredibly impressed by the cleanliness, the warmth of the staff, and the level of care throughout the hotel. This was a true luxury experience, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly, highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay at the Paradox Hotel. The staff were attentive and professional, the rooms were spotless, fresh, and beautifully updated, and the bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. The concierge service was exceptional - guiding us to an amazing cocktail lounge and speakeasy that we loved. They gave us some chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary stay. Highly recommend. Thanks!
