By far my favourite hotel in the city, the rooms are immaculate no matter how big or small. This time around we booked the balcony and bath king suite and it’s wonderful. There is so much space, big balcony and the bathtub is perfect size.nnAdditionally, I would love to thank Melissa from the concierge service who arranged the decorations for my husband’s birthday. She was absolutely lovely to chat to over the phone. She gave me lots of options $-$$$ for the decor and champagne options. Absolutely the best customer service experience I’ve had with any hotel in the city.nnWe traveled with friends and although we are not much for the club/lounge scene, there is plenty of other activities and restaurants in walking distance. The valet service is also very reliable, have never had any issues.
Staying at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver was such an amazing experience! The place is pure luxury from start to finish. The rooms are gorgeous and super spacious, with beautiful decor and all the amenities you could ever need. Everything felt so well thought out, from the cozy beds to the high-tech features that made the stay feel extra special.nnThe staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fantastic, and the spa? Absolutely next-level relaxing. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, it’s right in the heart of the city, close to everything. If you’re looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, this is the place to book!
I just had an amazing stay at this hotel this past weekend. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and pleasant, making check-in a breeze. The valet service was amazing, and the door men were great too; they took our items to our room so quickly. Whenever we needed anything like ice etc the response was prompt and efficient. I have never stayed at a Vancouver hotel which such amazing service. I was truly shocked. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and great location! We checked out Karma lounge in the hotel, the hot tub, gym and pool. Everything was excellent, very clean and organized.
A big thank you to Paradox Hotel for a memorable birthday! Me and my husband were very relaxed and delighted with our room during our stay. They truly exceeded our expectations Expect some returning guests from us. Keep up the great work! You are the best!
I loved my stay! My favourite part of the room was the washroom, so well-lit and spacious. The beautiful city view from my room gave me the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Valet staffs were friendly and the service was convenient, especially where the hotel is located. Plus, I met this little guy.
