We had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Nicole who kindly helped us with an early check-in and made the whole process so smooth.nnThe room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is also fantastic—right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, making it very convenient to get around.nnWould definitely recommend this hotel!
We traveled as a family of 4 and this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Maggie, was very hospitable. The hotel is older but has been renovated. The beds are comfortable. The rooms and hotel are clean. The location is perfect and you can see the gorgeous view of the city from the penthouse where there is a common kitchen, seating area inside and outside, TV, laundry room and a dry sauna all included in the stay. The area around the hotel appears safe in daylight hours, we did not venture out after dark. I would stay here again. Grand Park Hotel- Thank you for a great Vancouver experience!
Great, affordable stay in downtown Vancouver. Staff is incredibly nice and eager to help. Rooms are comfortable but shower had a difficult drain and the walls were thin. Amazing location which allows for transit to most tourist areas within a 20 min walk. I would stay again during my next visit!
This hotel is marketed as a 4 star. It's a 2 star, maybe 3 star at best. Room was double queen bed, it felt dated, and had wear and tear visible. It was still very quiet, clean and secure. Staff were all very friendly and responsive. I just think they're embellishing to charge more than is reasonable compared to other 2 and 3 star hotels. It's also a great location, central, to travel the wider city in any direction. Would stay again if the price was better next time.
I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and willing to help , making me feel right at home.nnThe location is outstanding—it's within walking distance of many of Vancouver's top attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city by just walking.nnThe only minor downside was that a few pieces of furniture had some small scratches and signs of wear, but it didn't affect my stay at all.nnOverall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, unbeatable location, and great value. I would definitely stay here again!
