From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and professional service that made us feel truly welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.nnThe rooms were immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, with stunning views of the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail in the room reflected the high standards of the Hilton brand.nnWe also enjoyed the hotel’s excellent amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining options, which offered delicious meals with top-notch service. The location was perfect, providing easy access to major attractions and the vibrant city life of Vancouver.nnOverall, our stay was flawless, and I highly recommend the Hilton Vancouver to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We decided to come to Vancouver for our baby-moon a final trip as just the two of us before our baby is born. We couldn’t have chosen a better location or hotel for this stay. We were here for 5 nights.nnWe were greeted upon arrival by Lisa, the head concierge, and Jessica at the front desk. They were both so kind and made us feel so welcome. We were even surprised on our first night with a delicious cheese board to welcome us and celebrate our new little one! Lisa was kind enough to give us a list of recommendations for places to go, as well as food recommendations for the month. While we had a few loose plans and reservations, these lists became our favorite resource. So many of the food recommendations were hits, we were only sad we couldn’t make it to every place!nnEvery single staff member we encountered remembered us. The women who helped service the Hendricks restaurant were so kind to us every morning at breakfast. I wish I could remember his name, but one of the men at the valet was so kind to us and offered maps and recommendations even an umbrella on a rainy day. The woman who cleaned our room was so kind and considerate as well.nnWe could not recommend this hotel enough. Location was paramount to us, and we were able to walk to the majority of restaurants and attractions we were interested in with ease even in the December rain.nnWe will absolutely be staying in this Hilton whenever we visit Vancouver again.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was really clean and I had a nice view of the city. In a good location very central. Small supermarket and cafes close by and there was a bar restaurant in the building. Expensive but everything in Vancouver is! Would stay here again and the staff were very friendly. We have stayed at this hotel twice in the last six months, and both times our stay was excellent.nThe location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the heart of downtown Vancouver with plenty of shopping and restaurants surrounding the hotel. There is even a Tim Horton's right next door. If you are going on a cruise like we do, the Canada Place Cruise Terminal is a five minute cab ride away.nWe stayed in a two room, balcony suite both times, and it was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a separate tub and shower. There were separate heating and a/c controls for the bedroom and living areas.nOne of the best things about this hotel is the excellent service the staff provides. We would particularly like to thank Oz and Jessica at the front desk for their friendly and helpful service. We would also like to thank Licia, the front desk manager for making us feel welcomed and appreciated!nWe're looking forward to staying here again before our next cruise.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. I have a suite with a separate living room/bedroom with a nice view of downtown. I have Nespresso in my room and the gym and pool are open 24 hrs. The staff are nice! Thanks!
