Bitchy staff lady, used syringes, laundry room breaks down, they don’t fix, with no recompense for guests at all. Garbage piled up, welcome to a third world experience, in our own backyard!

Partially reno'd inexpensive place to stay. At least the Indian food at the form Chapter's View Point location is a passable 2nd best in the city for that type of food.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this did have the best prices that we could see. Saying that however, I would not stay again. Yes the view is nice, but traversing across the stained and dirty carpet to get there was not nice. The towels were all off white and stained, as well as the bed linens. The walls were filthy and I'm pretty sure they had blood on them. The staff guy was fine but not super friendly (night guy, girl with an accent was very nice in the morning when checking out). Hotel seemed fine, but I definitely will not be staying again. I will spend the extra $20-$40 for a clean room.

Room was fine for what it was: a place to sleep. Room was clean and bed comfortable, but the room itself looked as if it was still under construction (ie. unpainted, sink had chips/holes in it). Front desk staff were pleasant enough but no 24 hour desk was a bit odd. Hours are set from 8AM-11PM which doesn't help if you want to check out early (like me) or check in late.

Motel is good and rooms are also good but washroom is not that much good
