We are glad we chose the Accent Inn for it's convenient location and affordability for a family gathering. The public BBQ and picnic table area was a hit. Can't wait to go again when the pool is open. The staff were great. Dylan gave us a warm welcome at reception and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Marcy greeted me with a smile in the early mornings when I was taking advantage of the complimentary café mocha available in the lobby:nThanks for the hospitality!
This was a first time trip with our puppy. He did great but was fearful of the third floor exterior cooridors along the loud highway side South face.nnStaff was great; coffee and tea enjoyable; comfortable beds; and well set up kitchenette.nnOnly problem was the cable box wasn't working noticed no power plug but I ended up streaming anyway. Advised on check out so hope they remedy.
Easily accessible to main arteries through Kamloops. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful, comfortable rooms/beds. Fantastic customer service. Dog friendly and great location. Definitely recommend !
Had a pleasant one night stay during the recent winter storms. Front staff was obliging and I got a ground floor room which is nice for easy access and vehicle security. The room was warm ; had cutlery, and kitchen ware enough to make a breakfast and lunch for the next day. Beds were comfortable and the cable TV had hockey on – what more could you ask for. Walk to BP for supper, only a couple minutes.nQuick access to the main highway.
I travel for work and we use this hotel all the time, great rooms, great price, solid location, friendly staffnAsh was super helpful in getting me a room last minute, and in less than 5 minutes had me set up and in a room. Excellent hotel if your just passing through, or if your visiting for a while. It’s my go-to choice.
