With the exception of poor internet connectivity which I was told will be upgraded soon. It was good. Staff were very helpful, rooms in good shape and the location was perfect for what I was there for.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, overall fairly quiet area. Not the best parking but was able to find some. Was nice having Dennys right across the parking lot for food whenever needed

Due to the family situation me and my wife have to spend a extended time in Kamloops. Bev is very nice and understanding what brought us to this location. Close and convenient location to the hospital and once we go home and if we need a hotel in Kamloops again we would be returning. Great service, clean rooms. Keep up rhe great work Sandman Inn staff.

Beverly at the front is always so warm and friendly always making sure she does what she can to help us have the best stay. I stay at a lot of hotels and being on a first name basis with her and feeling so comfortable with her has brought us back here since we first stayed. Great prices on rooms the suite side is great if you are looking to cook your own meals. Left my $400 headphones in the room and the house keeping made sure to bring it to the front for me. We came back and Beverly remembered it was us and I thought they were long gone. Happy to be back it was a great surprise finding out they had been left here! Older hotel but very clean. They definitely need a couple more room service staff sometimes they dint make it over until late and once not at all. I do see the 2 same women working everyday but maybe because I am on the suite side. They need some faster internet. The suites on the end sides don't pick up the wifi at all which was annoying to deal with but I make sure to request the middle suites.

The girl at the front desk was very friendly. The room was fairly small. I opened the fridge to put some food in it and there was a carton of food that was left. I took it to the desk and she apologized profusely. I went back to the room and she called and asked if there was anything else wrong and offered to move us. I had opened the dresser drawer and it hadn't been wiped out. The ceiling was all lumpy and a bad paint and patch job in the bathroom. It smelled okay and the rest was clean. We were offered a discount and that was nice. Next time I would ask for a nicer room. This room was right next to the lobby and in my experience that's where people are put when the desk wants to keep an eye on them?
