Cute and unique coffee shop/bookstore! I love the espresso here, I highly recommend the dry cappuccino. The coffee shop is a great place to study and the bookstore is super cute. I loved the selection of local authors and the owner was very helpful when I asked for author suggestions.

Avant is always amazing. The staff are lovely and supportive. Even when they're slammed with customers they're engaging and efficient. Definitely follow their socials for updates on fun community events and great book recommendations! All of this made even better by the delicious coffee and crafted drinks. Amber and Jenny and crew are fantastic.

The Golden Milk Latte at Avant Garden is absolutely phenomenal! The perfect blend of spices and creamy texture makes it a warm, comforting, and invigorating drink. It’s going to become my go-to order, and I love how the flavors are perfectly balanced, with just the right hint of turmeric and sweetness. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff only add to the overall experience. I love this coffee & book shop. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY ANS KIND! I’m a regular there and so is my office! I love that books are being moved upstairs. There will be more space to sit and enjoy your tea/coffee/snacks and while reading!

Ignore the most recent negative reviews of this local coffee shop! First off, it’s not dark and gloomy. Second, the staff were super nice and very friendly! Third, the coffee was spot on! I had the Organic French Roast and drink my coffee black. Was perfect. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, and good menu variety. I would possibly suggest re-writing the descriptions on the chalkboards as the tiny cursive made it a little hard to read when in a hurry. But I could just be old! Happy to stop here over any chain coffee shop.
