Avant Garden is the BEST! If you hate franchise coffee shops - you will love Avant. They have delicious coffee - even flavored brews daily. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff is great. The summer days are best spent on their back patio. You will love it!

Super chill & comfy spot. Nice place to hide away while I'm studying & the staff is super friendly. I love the artwork on the walls.

Small comfy place with friendly staff. Was able to sit and have a really nice conversation with someone. I would like having liked if there was another sofa or comfy chair to sit in but the space might not allow that.
I will be back.

I'll be honest, I didn't have high hopes going in. But my wife convinced me to go to lunch with her at this place, and I was happy that I did! It's a coffee shop that looks like it used to be a bar, and they've taken that and done all kinds of interesting things with the decor. They also have a decent sandwich menu, so you don't just need to go for drinks. We ended up spending a while relaxing and spending time here because it was just that nice.

Great place to sit and visit.   I'm not a coffee drinker so dint know about that but the tea is good.
