I usually go here for my bagel since it’s right across from work. I’ve had issues here and there but this last visit wasn’t great. They had about 4/5 people working and it still took too long to get one toasted bagel. Also, I ended up tossing my bagel because they burnt it bad. If I had seen that come out of the toaster I would have automatically done a new one, that’s how bad it was burnt. I couldn’t even bite it, it was so hard. $4 in the trash because I physically couldn’t eat it.
Employees were friendly. Food was good. Only thing I wish would change is for the dining area to open back up… I ate at a table outside but once it gets colder outside I would like the option to eat at a table inside so that I don’t have to take my bagel to-go.
Good food, flavorful, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend the store for folks who love bagels.
First time trying to DoorDash from here and what was suppose to be a 24 min wait turned into 45+. Fun part was waiting so long until I was told order couldn’t be fulfilled. What a joke.
Once again i drove there for nothing. Unless i wanted a cinnamon bagel. How do you have a bagel store without bagels? Mgr should be fired, I like Bruggers but not this store. run by armatures. Employees are bubbly and friendly, but have nothing to offer.Not my first time leaving this place with nothing, getting worst .
We love Bruegger's bagels. When entertaining at home, we order a baker's dozen sliced with two cartons of cream cheese. It saves waiting in line as it is ready for pick up when we arrive. Plus, by ordering ahead, we get the selection that we want before a flavor sells out. We also walk to Bruegger's to enjoy a bagel sandwich with coffee. Only downside is there is no seating in Bruegger's however Caribou coffee has seating right next door.
The western sandwiches are on point toasted. There is a parking lot but i curbside for a real quick in and out for on the weekends. Be careful and seal those extra bagels up so they don't get tough. The coffee is also really underrated.
Placed open six minutes late. I was told that a bagel I wanted would be ready in 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, they said it would be another 15 minutes.
Only open till 2pm. But by 1 they were missing 3 of the 4 varieties of bagel I wanted for tomorrow's breakfast.
Ordered ahead for pickup and arrived at the time they indicated my order would be ready. They hadn't even started preparing it yet. Waited another 10 minutes and they still hadn't started. I understand being busy, but they need to properly estimate the time needed to prepare orders. I will not be ordering from this location again.
