I had the pleasure of trying the Four Cheese Souffle from Panera Bread recently and I must say it was utterly delicious! It was creamy and cheesy, with a wonderfully light and fluffy texture. The perfect balance of cheeses, butter and spices created a delightful flavor. The presentation was quite attractive, as the souffle was served in an individual ramekin. The portion size was also enough for one person and was satisfactorily filling. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys savory cheesecakes.
Bought the "NEW GREEN GODDESS CAPRESE MELT!" FOR $10.99 Never again. It had 1.5 small pieces of mozzarella on it. A thin layer of arugala. And 1 slice of tomato. Too bad because the flavor was really good! I would have returned it but didn't open it until I got home. And they have the balls to give you the option to add "extra mozzarella" for $1.19. So disappointed! Photos are of my sandwich, vs what is advertised.
I am here now & was greeted as though they were completely put out. My grilled cheese sat for ten mins & asked for it to be heated. It was ice cold & was told I could use the microwave. Never to this location again. Terrible.
Do not go to the Panera in webster , mass The women at the front were you order your food does not know what she is doing. The worst part is her boss told her it was no big deal when she got our order wrong 2 times. Bad customer service and I know this because I have worked retail for over 30 years... My daughter and I will not be going back to the webster Panera.. Please fix this problem!!!!!. Also the customers in the webster Panera should keep their mouths shut and not make coments about something that they know nothing about, HOW RUDE !!!
One of the worst paneras I've been to. In a solidly empty panera, it took 20 minutes to get a sandwich and when I finally got it, there was almost no meat in it. The staff moved at a snail's pace and really made little effort given the amount of people waiting. The meat is allegedly "pre-portioned" but honestly it is the saddest sandwich I've ever gotten at a panera.
Honestly, this place has gone downhill since adding those charges lemonades.. I guess they are trying to be Taco Bell or something. The caffeine free herbal iced teas were far more preferable. After this most recent menu update there’s very little left for me to enjoy. I hope they change it back quickly. People with dietary restrictions would be better off going to Subway.
The issue at this particular Panera Bread was not the food, but the service. It wasn't necessarily bad, but the staff wasn't too engaging. As someone who has been in hospitality/customer service for the 22 years, I know this goes a long way. I'll frequent a place with less than the best food if the service is good before I'd frequent a place with the best food and terrible service. It's about balance people! There was a time I would have put Panera over the typical fast food place. But, this photo is an example of exactly why I disagree with fast food workers making $15/hr. Smh. I mean, the tuna is literally all over the bread. No presentation. I could barely eat it without it getting all over me. Please do better.
Food is okay and service is mediocre. I feel like I have to wave people down to get served. It’s one of the better food places in Webster but still not great.
4/5 times I get a messed up order. One of the first times I got so much attitude from one of the young managers I couldn't believe it. All the other times the employees were nice and apologetic. But still 4/5 times something will be messed up or missing.
Came through the drive through and ordered the you pick 2- broccoli cheddar soup and mac and cheese. When I received my order the broccoli cheddar soup looked darker than it usually is so I brought it back through the drive through and both times I went through I got Laurie the manager.. SHE IS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! She fixed my order right away, apologized and added in a cookie that was amazing. People like her are the reason I will always come back, thank you for being so kind and helpful.
