Saturday night March 25th. So I order a Philly steak & cheese, I’m told 11 minutes for pick up. I get there 15 minutes later & watch a staff member with a half eaten slice of pizza in his hand while making food for someone else, absolutely disgusting. I get to the register & am told my order will be another 30 minutes. I gladly left as watching that guy eating while preparing the food for others totally put me off my own order. Never again will I be returning here.
Unless you like yesterdays lunch partially warmed up and an hour and a half delivery time… order literally anywhere else. They also don’t answer their phones so don’t bother calling to cancel your order when it fails to show up. And don’t waste time leaving specific delivery instructions such as “leave on steps” bc they won’t follow those either.. Has to be under new management. But order absolutely anywhere else but here and spare yourself the stress and wasted money.
Ordered delivery at 3:21pm. Told 20-30 minutes for delivery. 3:25pm order tracker said food was in the oven. At 3:38pm, order tracker said Kevin was doing the quality check. At 4:50pm, a hour and a half after I placed the order, I had to leave to get my son to practice. We ended up grabbing Wendy's on the way. When I got home, order tracker said my food was delivered. There was no food and never received a call from the driver and/or the store. I'll never order from this location again!
I ordered a traditional delivery meaning the driver hands it to me. As I was on hold with the store my son found the food outside on my porch in the snow and noone is answering the phone. Johnathan was the drivers name. I didn't put a tip on my card but had he done his job correctly he would've gotten a $20 tip in cash. 1-23-23
Worst dinner ever! No one in there speaks English, tots were undercooked but burnt at the same time. I ordered online and it took forever! I ordered philly steak on pizza and looked like steak-ums. This location is terrible! I don't recommend them at all
Would give no stars if I could. Ordered for delivery tonight and after waiting an hour found out there we no drivers working!!!! Would be nice to be warned ahead of time!!!
I walk in and they’re super busy but the guy says he can make it for me right now. I am thrilled. While waiting I discover I didn’t utilize one of their promotions and so I was missing out on two free toppings. Both of the staff interacted with were very friendly, place was clean. My suggestion to those who want to order pizza here is to order in advance because they are busy during the dinner!
Honestly, we haven't ordered from Domino's in a couple years.The quality had dropped. My mother thought to give it a shot a couple of weeks ago. We ordered 2- med,2- topping pizza specials and they were delicious! Made perfectly with the right balance of sauce ,cheese, and toppings,and also cooked just right.We ordered again this week and they were perfect too. My mother made a point to compliment them to the person who took our order and they were very appreciative.
This place makes more business then any other pizza place in this town in yet the owner cares only about making his money because he never has enough people working. It's like olive garden. No matter how the service is you will always go back to eat the food. Only difference is they treat you 10 x better at olive garden
The worst domino’s in the Area that what I got And they supposed to send me another one and it’s beet more than 2 hours and I got nothing
